Spacious, clean home right on the beach with plenty of things to do within walking distance. Sunset views right out back, either on the balcony or patio. Amazing master bedroom with a view!

Location was amazing. We saw so many dolphins from the balcony and while on the beach. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and floats. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Overall, great place to spend with our family.

Such a cute house!!

This house was perfect for our stay! We were new to the Madeira Beach area but loved how it was in the middle of both Clearwater and St. Pete. This house was perfect!!! Loved how you had your own privacy as well as the 3 levels for privacy as well. Highly recommend and Steve was great to work with if we ever needed anything. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation spot

We were looking for a location for a surprise sister birthday vacation. This unit was everything we hoped for and more. Great location right a quiet stretch of beach, well equipped in the kitchen and had the beach umbrellas/towels/chairs we needed to enjoy the beach. Beds were great and everyone slept well. Spent most of our time on the covered deck enjoying the sights and sounds. Perfect place to just be in one place but close enough to restaurants and activities if you want to go out. Can’t say enough about Hendrik and Steve. They were responsive to all of our questions and helpful when our flight got changed. We definitely choose to stay again if we’re in the area.

Perfect stay all around!

Our family truly enjoyed this townhome. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 children. Travel crib and high chair were available and there were TONS of beach toys for the kids. Location was amazing, especially being so close to John's Pass and getting ice cream from the Candy Kitchen across the street was such a treat! The rental was spacious, (especially the master!), comfortable, well-decorated, super clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the gulf views from all floors and the porch for relaxing, having a meal outside or watching the gorgeous sunsets. Having a place steps to the beach was the biggest thrill! The kids loved having the beach at their back door. They were constantly asking to go down to the water. When we weren't ready to go ourselves, we'd sit on the balcony and watch them race each other to water's edge and back! No big hotels nearby so beach was not crowded. All beach essentials were there for us: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and an outdoor shower. The businesses of Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille have done an outstanding job with the hurricane recovery! Fantastic property (we highly recommend it!). Communication with owner and VRBO staff was easy and informative, pre-arrival and during our stay. Thanks, Steve and Hendrik!

Annual Florida Beach Trip

"We enjoyed our second stay at the Beach House. The home is spacious, impeccably clean, and the large kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals. The beachfront view is simply breathtaking; we were treated to sightings of dolphins and manatees, and the warm water made our swimming delightful. This is our second year staying at this property and we have enjoyed both years. Clean property just as described. We were disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working!! If this place had a pool it would be perfect for us!

Location! View! Top accommodations!

WOW! -says it all! Views/sunsets/beach RIGHT THERE w/o endless sand dunes distancing you from the waters edge. Wonderfully comfortable beds, more than plenty of seating areas for friends to drop by (inside, out, + balconies). Very well equips kitchen. More yummy restaurants so close you need a month to stay! Beach bikes (2) and cable TV an extra. Big enough to have some private space or your own floor. It was perfect for me + hubby and a friend ❤️! Steve/Property manager was the best we’ve ever had Re: timeful responsiveness and help if needed—and we are VRBO a regulars!

Great Location; great management support

Townhouse is beautifully located a very short distance from the beach — property was very clean and comes with all the amenities, including an ample supply of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys! Special shout out to Steve, the property manager, who was always available very quickly to help solve whatever challenges might arise. He was truly terrific!

Amazing Home and View

My husband and I rented the townhouse for a month and had three friends join us for part of the time. The home is amazing, just as pictured, and the location and view are the best on the beach. Having the ability to enjoy the sun and the view from all three levels was very special and appreciated daily. Communication with Steve and the Seasalt PropertiesTeam was excellent and they were very responsive to the two minor issues we had during our stay. My only disappointment was we did not act fast enough to book it for next year. I cannot imagine finding a comparable alternative.

Gorgeous views

This property is just as described and beautiful views inside and out! We’re already working to book again for next year. Everything was really perfect! As described there isn’t much room to park but not a huge deal. The only insignificant things were that the master bath toilet doesn’t flush well unless you hold the flush down (you need a sign with this instruction) and the downstairs bath wasn’t the nicest (it might’ve not been cleaned well), really though that didn’t matter, the place is awesome!

It wasn’t as nice as the listing

The best thing going for this property is its location! It was nice to stay directly on the beach and have the beautiful views! With that being said there were a few negative issues here. The condo is dated and the hot tub does not work. I contacted the property manager about this and he kept telling me to put the hose in the hot tub and kept asking me to do things to troubleshoot it. I don’t know about you, but when I’m on vacation I don’t want to be put to work and have to fix something that should be working. I also felt like it was his job to do that. Also, probably would’ve been best if he notified us ahead of time regarding this matter( seems like it was an ongoing issue) He showed up the last day of our stay to troubleshoot the hot tub. He also sent someone to clean it the last day of our stay. It never ended up working. Given that it is the end of November and the water temperatures in the ocean are chilly it really would’ve been nice to have the hot tub working. We were never compensated whatsoever for this inconvenience. Another issue is the noise level. There is a condo right next door and their pool is right next to the master bedroom. The windows are very low grade, and we could hear everything going on outside with the windows shut. I could hear the conversations of those going on at 11 PM, the road noise included. Maybe upgrading those windows would help block out some sound. It would be a good idea to put a TV in all the bedrooms. The master bedroom is the only one that has a TV, besides the living room. We were very underwhelmed by the condo, given how much we spent to stay here.

Amazing week at an amazing house

The house is beautifully situated on the beach. The house was stunning, along with the views, sunsets and the overall experience. Being able to walk to John's pass at night was an added bonus. I will definitely book this property again.

Beautiful beach front rental

Beautiful rental on the water. Easy to find. Walking distance to restaurants with the Candy Kitchen store across the street. Fairly easy to get out into traffic. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend.
