At the end of the day, come relax in the large master suite with new pillow top king bed and private ensuite bath with its own Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The 2nd guest suite has a wonderful pillow top queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a large second hall bath. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped including an attached laundry room. WiFi, Cable, and Netflix are included and available for viewing on all TV’s. A 50” large screen HD/Smart TV in the living room, 40” HD/Smart TV in the Master Bedroom & 32” HD Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

The Resort Complex offers a pool, hot tub, cabana and outdoor grills with areas for sunning and relaxing. Beach time? Simply walk across the access road to the white sands. The condo has a coded entry so no key is required to enter the unit.

We also have you covered with beach essentials including towels, chairs, an umbrella and beach buggy. Parking for one (1) vehicle.

A small, intimate and secure 39 unit, 7 story building. The Lobby is accessed by code only, camera surveillance in lobby, halls, walkways and garage. Plenty of room for an enjoyable day at the beach or the beach side pool. Pool area includes a hot tub, cabana, lounge chairs, showers, bathrooms, and outdoor grills for your use. On-site parking and a secure lobby with luggage & shopping carts are readily available as well.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you. I live nearby, and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need.

- Parking pass is provided for one vehicle. No other parking is available on premises.
- This is a no smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the condo or the balcony at any time.

- This is a peaceful location with owners and guests wishing to enjoy their vacation and time in Florida. Please be respectful of everyone around and keep quiet from 10pm-8am. No parties or events.
-Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests.
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
