Gorgeous beachfront condo that is located on a quiet and private part of the beach. Out the front door and you're on the beach! We are sorry! The HURRICANE DESTROYED THE POOL! We will update you when new pool is installed.



The Sunset Chateau condo complex is situated right in the heart of Sunset Beach, and directly on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the area. The condo is a short walk to restaurants and shopping, and gives easy access to St. Petersburg and all the area attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by private homes, you can experience all that the beaches have to offer without the noise and traffic of the main strip. Perfect for small families or for those just looking for a relaxing place to stay.



Share the sunset with your neighbors on the wraparound balcony directly facing the gulf, and enjoy the stunning beauty of the pristine Gulf of Mexico.



Nearby activities include sailing, kayaking, biking, shopping, parasailing, jet skiing, boat rentals, shopping, or fine dining. If you're more of a sports fan, catch a game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, or one of the many teams that visit the area for Spring Training. Visit world-class museums, exciting concerts, or historic Florida landmarks. There's always something to do.



***Please note - Sunset Chateau is a non-smoking resort. There are smoking areas nearby in the garage area, but smoking is not allowed in any part of the building (including the balconies).***NO check-in after 10pm** During ALL holidays only ONE parking pass is available per property rules**



Other things to note:

LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.

There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Awesome place to stay!

Great location, condo well furnished, beautiful beach. Just a minor issue with the screen door handle coming off. Needs to be adjusted. Will certainly be a place to come back next year.

Perfect!

We’ve stayed at this property for 4 years and this was my favorite unit! It literally has everything and the kitchen was very well stocked as we cook all our meals. The beds were comfy and loved having a washer/dryer in the unit! Super clean and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view

We arrived at Sunset Beach to be notified that the beaches were closed. Not the manager's fault. Building has two elevators, one marked "closed until further notice". Workers started working on the building extremely loudly at 8AM Monday morning and 8AM Tuesday morning. Why wouldn't we be informed that the beaches were closed and that there was work being done on the buidling, especially from managers that sent emails to remind us to shut off the lights and to run the dishwasher? Seems very one sided to me. Disappointing

Wonderful Weekend

The condo was amazing. The location right on the beach was perfection. The condo had everything we could need, including beach supplies. One thing to note is that the couches are different than the photo but still ample seating. We needed to wash a few of the dishes before using but it was a small inconvenience for such a wonderful trip. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Treasure Island is best

Property was well kept up. I would put a better broom and dustpan in condo unit. Was relatively quiet except for a few days of young children running above us. Most visitors were very polite and friendly. Would recommend to others.

Great location to paradise!

The location was great. Sunset beach which, while smaller, was so quiet and enjoyable! Could walk to one restaurant for food or drinks but its a bit of a hike, especially with little kids. Condo was clean and had great beach toys for the kids although some were broken, they didn't care! Would definitely come back.

Great place!

This was such a treat to stay here. Everything you could possibly need and more! The unit really shows pride in ownership. The only draw back we found is that we were 4 adults and 3 kids and there wasn’t space for everyone’s clothes and places to put our suitcases. Maybe if they reorganized their closet space and found a space for all the beach stuff, would be very helpful :) Also, kinda weird … the pool has no lounge chairs or seating whatsoever… you have to use your beach chairs … didn’t care for that.

Beach Getaway

My husband and I had an amazing getaway at the Sunset beach condo. The condo was cozy, very clean and comfortable….and the location was perfect! Planning on returning next year!
