Vivi la vera Florida vivendo in questa incantevole proprietà sulla spiaggia !! Questo incredibile 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni condominio ha un ampio e aperto soggiorno e sala da pranzo, una cucina completamente attrezzata e ben aggiornato con ripiani in granito, arredamento incantevole con colori di gusto, piastrelle e pavimenti in legno in tutto e un bel balcone a ridosso del soggiorno. Ogni appartamento ha 2 balconi per l'uso, 1 fuori dalla camera da letto principale e l'altro con vista sul Golfo del Messico! Questa posizione è perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia in quanto vi è un parco nella parte anteriore della proprietà e una piscina e la spiaggia sul retro! L'unità n. 2 è una rampa di scale in alto e all'angolo nord. Vieni a giocare sulle nostre spiagge oggi !! NOTA BENE: Questa è una proprietà totalmente non fumatori. Non c'è l'ascensore in questa posizione, solo le scale per l'accesso. Questa proprietà consente soggiorni più brevi in determinati periodi dell'anno. Sunset Villas è una proprietà sulla spiaggia unica e adorabile a Redington Shores. Questa posizione ha 4 diverse 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni con ciascuna con un balcone semi-privato sulla spiaggia dalla zona soggiorno e un balcone privato sul davanti del condominio. Ogni appartamento ha un arredamento confortevole in spiaggia, lavatrice e asciugatrice individuale, parcheggio in loco e ogni camera può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Sul posto è un riscaldato - piscina privata, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, area giochi per bambini, griglia a carbone e patio per quei barbecue serali insieme a tutto il necessario per una vacanza al mare davvero memorabile. Troverete John's Pass Village a circa 5 miglia a sud, pieno di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di cavalcare le montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è di circa un'ora di distanza o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando in sole 2 ore. Great rental, nice beachfront condo with great view!

Other than having to go down to St. Pete's beach for the keys, we were very happy with the condo. A lockbox at the unit would be great. It was out of our way to have to drive south to drop off the keys and go back north to St. Pete's airport. It adds about 20 unnecessary minutes to our trip. The condo was clean and very comfortable.

Ehh

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Also the fact that there’s only 4 total condos in the building. However the pool was dirty and the jets didn’t work. We liked the fact that we had 2 balconies but if the people above us dropped anything or were drying their bathing suits on the beach facing balcony the water/dirt would drip onto you and/your table.

Nice getaway

Nice, roomy unit and large countertop area. Pots and pans were sufficient but you need to bring your own sugar, salt & pepper. No inventory of that kind was available as I have had in other rentals. Pool was dirty - needed to be vacuumed badly. No one came in the four days we were there. I will agree with the other reviews that having to drive 20+ minutes out of the way to retrieve the keys and return them was an unnecessary inconvenience for 2023....time to update to a keypad already. Great access to the beach and nice view from the deck. Small playground available within walking distance.

Nice Location, Needs Some Work

This is an older property that needs some TLC. The back railing was so loose I would not let my children on that balcony. The patio furniture was stained with mildew. The door lockset was loose and needed to be tightened. Check-in and check-out is not at all convenient. You must drive 20 minutes to the property manager’s office to pick up and drop off keys. Upgrading to a digital lock would drastically improve the process. The location is nice and my children enjoyed the beach and nearby park.

MOLDY AND DIRTY

If you do not want to have a bad vacation, stay somewhere else. This place is dirty, moldy and wore out. We checked in at night and when we arrive the place was dirty with blood stained bedding. Called the management company, they sent cleaners our but would not replace the bedding. The next day we noticed black mold coming out of the vents. The management company and the owner of this condo does not care about renters, only the money. We tried to work with them but no action on their end. We ended up checking out after the second night and going to another place. They refund zero of the 4 night rent money. I have stayed in many vrbos across the county and this place is by far the worst.

Great location but no private view of beach

Pros: good location, 3 beds, washer dryer & clean. Great communication by rental company. Nice size kitchen. Comfy furniture. Cons: scratchy sheets, no privacy for beach view. You and your neighbor will share same balcony. When you want to drink coffee in peace you will see and hear your neighbor. Only 1 tv for your condo. Check in and check out inconvenient. Also the fridge & freezer does not cool down for 2 days… so all ice cream will melt & some of your food will go bad. No extra blankets or pillows.

The unit was clean, quiet, and easily accessible to the beach. Very nice covered area by the grill, which came in handy when it rained. It's a charcoal grill, not gas, so come prepared. The unit could have used a couple more chairs, but for 2 people, we had plenty of furniture.

We enjoyed the inside as well as the balcony space.The only thing that was a little lack luster was the shower to rinse off from the beach. it didn't function very well, though there was a hose as well. A good working pull string shower head is a must have as you leave the beach to come inside.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, although the SAND was tracked into the condo, from the outside deck. there was so much sand on the floor we couldn't get rid of it. we used the hose and cleared moat of the sand out by the shower, however, it did no good, i tried to hose off the steps, hose was too short.sand was back within hours. i even rinsed the rug out by the steps, did no good, made the floors in the condo slippery, sand every where . some is to be expected. the only other thing was, there was no bath soap which i didn't bring, i asked the house keeper she gave us one tiny bar. other than that- It was great!

Fans were little noisy but workable. There did not seem to be anyone in unit above us but we heard heavy foot steps late at night. We were thinking maybe there was a ghost walker?? However, would go back in a minute. The location was Excellent and the pool was warm and very nice. Would be good to have some beach chairs to take to the beach and a TV in the bed rooms. My husband and I got the twin beds which were ok. Recommend putting in a Queen or King bed. These are just minor issues as we absolutely loved the place and hope to return next year.

The inground pool is a nice diversion from the Gulf. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay but we did notice, as did the other guests, there that the property is beginning to look a little run down. It was not as clean as it was in the past and the furnishings were starting to look a little worn.. Especially the kitchen. While everything we needed was there the décor needs a facelift. There were no problem with the rental company and I feel they were welcoming. Since we love Redington Shores so much we would definatley come again.

We had great walks along the beach and to local stores for ice cream, pizza or dinner. We ate our pizza on the deck with one of our sunsets..,.what a perfect evening. Having two bathrooms was great. Laundry on site was helpful. The kitchen set up was also great. We spent most of our time on the deck, listening to the waves and sea gulls, having a drink and good conversation.

While the unit was clean, I never saw anyone attend to the pool during our stay and it needed a good cleaning. The pool deck area also needed to be cleaned up as the occupants from the previous week left a large amount of beach toys scattered around the pool. We also had 3 different mainteance/contract workers show up to do work. 2 of the 3 were unannounced and didn't really seem to care that we were on vacation. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again

Why do we come only once a year?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our ninth year at this property. Our family takes 2 units and it is perfect for us. The owners update and renovate frequently but it still retains it's "beachy" feel. The property management company is very good.
