Vivi la vera Florida vivendo in questa incantevole proprietà sulla spiaggia !! Questo incredibile 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni condominio ha un ampio e aperto soggiorno e sala da pranzo, una cucina completamente attrezzata e ben aggiornato con ripiani in granito, arredamento incantevole con colori di gusto, piastrelle e pavimenti in legno in tutto e un bel balcone a ridosso del soggiorno. Ogni appartamento ha 2 balconi per l'uso, 1 fuori dalla camera da letto principale e l'altro con vista sul Golfo del Messico! Questa posizione è perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia in quanto vi è un parco nella parte anteriore della proprietà e una piscina e la spiaggia sul retro! L'unità n. 4 è composta da 2 rampe di scale in alto e all'angolo nord. Vieni a giocare sulle nostre spiagge oggi !! NOTA BENE: Questa è una proprietà totalmente non fumatori. Non c'è l'ascensore in questa posizione, solo le scale per l'accesso. Questa proprietà consente soggiorni più brevi in determinati periodi dell'anno. Ogni appartamento ha un arredamento confortevole in spiaggia, lavatrice e asciugatrice individuale, parcheggio in loco e ogni camera può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Sul posto è un riscaldato - piscina privata, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, area giochi per bambini, griglia a carbone e patio per quei barbecue serali insieme a tutto il necessario per una vacanza al mare davvero memorabile. Perfect location!

Unbelievable location! The pool was great for a quick dip but if everyone in complex was using it at same time it got crowded. You are literally steps from the beach. The unit itself is functional but several things need to be tended to. It’s obvious the owners don’t stay here because the loose ceiling fans in bedrooms would be fixed (they squeaked and the chains rattled). The couch and chair in living room are uncomfortable; not easy to relax in. Otherwise, the privacy of the beach and the quaint area were well worth our stay!!

Very happy with our stay

We were satisfied with our stay. The condo was clean. Actually, it smelled like they just cleaned the place when we arrived. A very nice neighborhood and surrounded by upper scale properties. Awesome view that's right on the beach. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Great place to stay!

We loved everything about this place except that we had to drive out of our way to pick up the key and then out of our way to drop it off. We had to drive 14 hours home so it would have been easier if they would have a keyless entry system with a code. Other than that, the property was clean, decorated well, in a great location, right on the beach, close to restaurants, etc.

Perfect sunsets on the beach

The property was just as described. Plenty of room for 4 adults to stay. A full kitchen with access to outdoor grill. The pool and chairs were a nice option. The real reason to stay here is beach access. Walk directly out onto the beach. We spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and our evenings watching the sunset.

Great beach place!!

This was a great place to stay with the family!! Perfect location with direct access to the beach. The beach area wasn’t over crowded like other areas. Sunset views every evening to die for! Rear balconies arent private but it made for great conversations and meeting new people. The only complaint I have is cleanliness. We had to immediately go buy our own mop supplies because our kid was black all over from the floors!!! Yuck. Also had to clean the sliding back glass to realize it wasn’t hazy/foggy outside. For what people pay for cleaning fees, I expect a little better. It should also be disclosed in the listing that the AC cannot be turned down below 72 degrees! We stayed cool but there were times that we wanted it cooler but due to the warnings provided, we never turned it lower in fear of freezing the unit.

Prime location but...

Beautiful views and location but that's where nice ends. On first arrival there was sand all throughout the condo; floors, kitchen counters, furniture and piles on the 2nd floor patio and furniture. Towels were still wet in the washing machine. The are no fans in either bathroom. The master bathroom had mold all of the bottom of the shower curtain. There were earrings found on the floor and bedside table. So I'm pretty sure this unit wasn't cleaned and you can hear everything from the other 3 units. Even more to say but I ran out of room to type it.

Overall the condo was great. Pool and ocean are just a hop and skip away. Condo could have been cleaned a little better on the inside, and the patio furniture cushions need replaced, as they were dirty. Also, would have been more convenient to be able to get/drop off keys at the condo. All there needs to be is a lock box at the condo where keys could be picked up/dropped off. Like I mentioned, overall it’s a great place for a family.

Beach Vacation

Rental was booked pre-COVID. Instead of a refund we had to use the property before the end of this year. Overall nice location, a few minor issues such as fan in bathrooms didn’t work, a couple broken light switches. Location was great, pool and access to beach were very good. Loved the view. Red tide and dead fish plus throat irritation was a bummer, but obviously not something to do with the rental. We enjoyed our stay overall

Great location and love the balcony and view.

Having to pick up keys and return them to a different location is very inconvenient. No microwave turntable so we couldn’t use the microwave. I called but they did not bring one .

We had a nice time.

We had a very relaxing week. The proximity from the pool to the beach was great. Being able to go back and forth from the the pool to the beach was wonderful. The beach was very quiet with not a lot of people. There were a few things that could have been better. The check in / check out process could have been simplified instead of having to pick up and drop off keys 20 minutes away. I did see this in a review before we booked, so I was aware. The condo itself could have been cleaner along with the pool. There is a lot of wear and tear on the condo and it shows. However, this did not take away from the relaxing time we had all week.

Gorgeous view!

Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops. Amazing view from the balcony! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Location

The location of this property is great. You could not be closer to the beach. There’s a playground/basketball court across the road for kids. It was nice to have a heated pool that was shared with only 3 other units. My main complaint is that we had to drive out of our way to pick up and drop off keys and then keep up with physical keys on the beach. The keypad locks are easier, personally.

Awesome location and spacious unit

Considering the unit was supposed to be “sanitized” and we couldn’t check in until 3:00 I was disappointed in how improperly it was cleaned. Underwear behind the washing machine (still there) toothpaste residue in hall bathroom on mirror. Hairs on toilet paper holder and in shower (not from someone’s head) and noticeable dirty handprints in all door jams, and walls. I purchased cleaning products and gave it a good once over. The place was beautiful and haven’t any complaints except the cleanliness. I would still recommend to someone and stay there again!

Great Location

This property has amazing views of the gulf and sunsets. It is ideal for a small family. Having a pool on the beach is great because you have the choice.

The perfect relaxation spot for us!

Exactly what we were looking for. Watching and listening to the waves come in, from our balcony, and just a short walk to the sand. We are definitely coming back!

Great place and view!

My wife and I had a blast here. Awesome beachfront view, easy access to the beach and not crowded. Walking distance to good food and drinks made this a relaxing stay. Only minor stresser was not receiving our check in info until the day of but partially my fault as I hadn’t reached out to the managers before hand. Overall excellent and we’d stay there again.

Needs some improvement

When we arrived to obtain the keys at the rental agency, the keys were not in the lock box as we were told. We had to call the emergency number as it was after hours. About an hour later, the keys were finally left for us. Not fun after a LONG day of traveling! Once we arrived at the condo, it was a nice location on the beach, however you share the space with 3 other groups. You can hear every foot step from the condos attached. Every sneeze! And every crying kid in the middle of the night. It was not quiet and relaxing, especially at night. The kitchen is not well stocked. Hardly any glasses, and don't think about cooking! The stove is horrible. There were no cookie sheets to make cookies for santa, and 1 lid for about 6 skillets which didn't even fit! Very mis matched plates/cups/utensils. NO EXTRA bedding. No extra throw blankets, and no beach towels. No tv in either bedroom. No detergent to wash any clothes. Overall, not the best place we have rented, and with so many options to rent in this area, we won't be back.

Great location

This property is in the perfect location! My only complaint is that we had to drive to the rental office to pick up and drop off the key. Both trips were out of our way. A lockbox would be excellent!
