    La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size con bagno privato. La seconda camera offre un letto queen size e la terza camera offre due letti queen size. Il secondo bagno si trova tra due camere da letto e ha una combinazione doccia / vasca. La zona giorno dispone di un divano letto e c'è un'area bonus che ha anche un secondo divano letto. Comfy and cozy

The property was very inviting and clean. Our family had a wonderful time with plenty of space. The pool was great especially for the kids when we needed a break from the beach. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating! This by far has been the best vacation! We will be booking with Beach Time Rentals again! Thank you!!

Florida house with a pool

We liked the location, close enough to beaches, restaurants, etc. while being in a quiet neighborhood and having a private pool. The house was very nice and the kitchen looked to have just about every gadget and utensil you could need (although it only had salt and pepper). There was a good selection of beach stuff and other outdoor stuff to use as well. More than enough room both inside and out for a larger group than just the 2 of us. For what we wanted, the property was excellent and we would stay again.Since this property is through a rental agency, there are some additional steps/communications as part of the booking process/staying here. Nothing major, but a little more involved than other vrbo places we've stayed.

The premises were a bit outdated. Lots of rust and mold in outdoor furniture.

Sleeper sofas were horrible. Outdoor space was tiny. This house is not close to a beach like advertised. They only gave two garbage bags and two rolls of toilet paper. For $3,000, I would expect more of both. This was not a good value at all. We will not be coming back.

Garage was cluttered, three bikes & a tricycle all unusable. Pool area needed a clean/power-wash with damaged pool toys left behind. Also not enough seating.for all guests around the pool. Garden area was overgrown with grass not having been cut prior to our arrival or whilst we were there.

We paid the for pool heat for our stay. When we arrived it was cold out and we we not aware the pool heat was turned off. We did call after two days and the agent sent out maintenance to turn on the breaker. We requested a refund for 2 days for the pool heat, which Beach Time agreed to give us. Our assigned agent helped us retrieve property we left behind after checking out. Much appreciated.

Great Holiday Stay

Walk to the beach.The house was well stocked for cooking at “home”. We enjoyed many night around the table playing games. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time out by the pool.My complaints:*There was not enough bedding for the pull out couches.*Also, the pull out couch off the kitchen was terrible and not usable!!!*We paid for pool heat and it was not turned on until late the second day of our stay.*The do not stock supplies. We had to buy toilet paper(there were only 2 rolls when we arrived).*We had to fill the propane tank. There was not enough to grill even one meal.Overall, we had a great time!!!

Ok place.

Pros: -The location of this house is in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road which we liked. -Good communication with the property manager. -Had beach chairs, carts, and toys in the garage to use. -Propane grill to use. Cons: -The pictures in the listing make the house appear larger that it really is. -The pool is very small and you have to pay extra per day to heat it. -The floors appeared clean at first glance but were very dirty. After walking barefoot the bottoms of feet would turn black quickly. Most likely the cleaning crew mopped, however they just let the dirty waiter sit on the tile without trying to pick it up once the mop made the dirt loose. -Furniture was a little uncomfortable and appeared a little dingy from use. -Several tv remotes had dead batteries.

Cleanliness should be top priority

To start with, the manager let us in three hours early without charge She was pleasant and accommodating before we arrived. Now for the not so good: The outside front could use some yard work but the inside was clean and as described. The pool deck and pool were in clutter and disarray when we arrived. The deck was filthy with grime all over and the pool had a grimy yellow ring at water level. The master bedroom toilet kept running after flushing. I could manually stop it but it did cause a lot of wasted water use. I let the manager and the pool cleaning guy know but nothing was done to correct during my week stay. When I told the pool guy about the filthy condition of the pool he said this isn’t the Ritz and it’s not his responsibility. I explained to him that cleanliness has nothing to do with wealth. It was obvious what I had to say fell on deaf ears. The pool company did come and fix a leak at the pump that we didn’t have any idea about. Unfortunately, Beach Time Rentals poor cleaning and lack of response or action on the issues reflects on VRBO and we will be less likely in using the service in the future.

Great location…..but in need of updates and declutter.

Amazing location, property mgmt. was very nice and responsive the day of check in. The bad….. all the beds are sunken in and in dire need of replacement. While there was a lot of things to use, which was AMAZING, the bikes need new chains, only 1 of the 4 semi-worked, the canopy is not useable, umbrellas need to be thrown away. Outdoor furniture is no where near as pictured and living room couch is beyond uncomfortable and makes noises when you sit down.

Reviewer Comments: Awesome but could be better - inside the house was great but the outdoor furniture was/is in terrible condition and needs lots of yard work and exterior cleaning. When we arrived (Sat 4/16/22) there was a pile of garbage on the side of the driveway and all the bins were overflowing - broken toys, discarded coffee maker, huge amount of bubble wrap, and wet garbage. Since this was Easter weekend nothing could be done to remove the garbage. On Monday I placed all the garbage at the curb but was concerned that it wouldn't be picked-up so I contacted the management company and they must have sent somebody over to remove the excess garbage - the management company was very responsive and apologetic - they were great to work with. Not sure if I would rent this house again as the owner needs to replace the outside furniture and cleanup the landscaping and remove all the broken stuff from the garage. Such an awesome location and potentially an awesome house, but......
