The Cottage si trova in un tranquillo e idilliaco quartiere residenziale di Clearwater North Beach. La bellissima, premiata e incontaminata Gulf Beach è a pochi passi da casa. Se preferisci trascorrere una giornata tranquilla in spiaggia lontano dalla folla, questo è il posto in cui desideri soggiornare. Clearwater Beach con la sua vivace vita da spiaggia pubblica e diversi ristoranti si trova a solo un miglio di distanza.

The Cottage offre una camera spaziosa ed elegante con un letto matrimoniale, una zona salotto con un divano letto e un bagno ristrutturato. Lovely experience overall. Attentive hosts and well appointed cottage. The location, both neighborhood and beach access, are exceptional. Walk to Caladesi Island is certainly a high point-- the new pickle ball courts nearby, a perfect addition to the area.

The Cottage was the perfect little spot for two! Our stay had everything we needed like chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The hosts were very attentive and care about the experience of theirs guests. Steps from the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and shops!

Perfect little cottage for 2

So close to the beach that i didn't even bother with flip flops when heading there. The kitchen has everything that you need to make your own meals. We never bother to rent a car when we go to Clearwater a the walking and trolley are excellent there. The trolley runs by 50 yards from the cottage.

Charming Cottage

We had the best, quiet and relaxing stay at this charming, cozy cottage. Everything was neat and clean and so well furnished. It is the perfect size, and opens up to a patio perfect for breakfast or an evening nightcap. The beach really is just steps from the property. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful week at the beach. This charming cottage was perfect for the two of us. The property was very clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach where we enjoyed many lovely sunsets.

Great get-a-way

Cute, quaint, private and across from the beach! Stayed here before hurricane Helene hit and the owners have done an amazing job getting it back together! You’d never know anything ever happened! Looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic location!

The Cottage is definitely as advertised. The accommodations were cozy and just perfect for our party of two. Ryan and Amy were great hosts providing all kinds of information about the area, dining, and things to do. Bed was great, plenty of towels and all the things you need for the beach were provided. I think the best part was the location; we almost felt like we had the beach all to ourselves and if we wanted more entertainment it could be found just a mile down the road. Perfect beach trip!

Great little getaway place

Had such a great stay! Had everything we needed and then some. As mentioned, mere steps to the beautiful beach. Could not be a better location! Such a quiet stay, ran into family staying at the house once while doing laundry but otherwise never would have known anyone was there. Will definitely stay here again and encouraging everyone considering to book it. You won’t regret it.

Great Spot for a Couples' Beach Trip!

My wife and I rented out the cottage for one week for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time! The beach is just across the street from the property, so it's super easy to access, and there are also beach chairs and umbrellas available. The property is also located in a neighborhood a little ways north of all the hotels and resorts, so it's great if you prefer a less crowded beach. The trade off to that is most of the shops and restaurants are also a bit further away, so you'll probably need to either take a long walk or drive to get to them. Even so, it's a short drive, so it's not too bad. If you're traveling to Clearwater Beach for a couples' vacation and you want to distance yourself a bit from the crowded parts of the beach, it's an overall great place to stay!

Great location and home has everything you need for the beach.

Our stay was cut short by an emergency at home, but the one full day we had was perfect! We plan a redo since our trip had to abruptly end and we had to go back home. Excellent location, excellent property, excellent location, and now we know that all we need to pack are our clothes!

Lives up to the 5 Star Ratings

Just left this cottage after a four-night stay. I booked it because I was looking for quiet rest & relaxation and easy access to the beach, and that’s exactly what I got. (Though I did wind up in the busier part of Clearwater Beach at least once each day for a meal or drinks!) This property was clean and updated and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the charming little private patio outside the side door, too.
