The open floor plan includes island seating for four, a comfy sofa bed, private reading nook, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy a pool, spacious pool deck, and BBQ area overlooking the Intracoastal—just two blocks from the beach with beach essentials!

This first floor 1 bed 1 bath condo has a bright interior and spacious feel. It features a pull out sofa bed, large TV, electric recliners and a quiet nook with 3 sided windows and curtains for privacy. This open concept floor plan centers around a fully stocked open modern kitchen with island seating for 4.

The bedroom is bright and beautiful with lots of closet space and a large bathroom with a shower & tub combination.

There is a parking spot for one vehicle located directly in front of the unit. We provide high speed internet to stream all of your devices and for the beach you will have all the essentials - towels, beach chairs, a buggy and an umbrella.

Guests have full access to the private condo, pool, sun deck, and BBQ area overlooking the Intracoastal. Enjoy frequent dolphin and manatee sightings, beach essentials, parking for one vehicle, onsite common laundry, and a short two-block walk to the soft sands of Treasure Island.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

Located in a quiet Treasure Island neighborhood just a block away from Gulf Blvd. Public beach access is a 5 minute walk. Shops, restaurants and bars are plentiful within a mile for all your social and relaxation needs. Treasure Island has a beautiful stretch of beach for walking, proximity to St Petersburg & Tampa, or our neighboring beaches of St Pete Beach and Madeira Beach.

Free Beach Ride is a free door-to-door shuttle service offered on Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach and Pass-a-Grille - just call them and they`ll come pick you up - just be sure to tip the driver!

Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you don`t have a vehicle. Many of our guests do rent a car to give options for exploring the area, but some beach-goers opt not to rent a car and walk or use a number of alternate transportation options.

Pubix supermarket is less than 1 mile away.

Relax on the pool deck and watch dolphins and manatees glide by, grill out with sunset views, or stroll to the beach for carefree Florida days. Treasure Island’s shops, restaurants, and John’s Pass Boardwalk are all within easy walking distance.

This is a small complex with several year-round residents and other guests looking to enjoy relaxation. This is not designed as a party space, though there is lots to enjoy. We ask guests to be respectful of the peaceful community and those around you.

The pool is not heated but is warm with Florida sun most of the time.

- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
