    Questo condominio è tutto ciò che serve per una famiglia fino a 6 persone. Questa unità ha 1200 piedi quadrati dove l'aria comune comprende un bellissimo soggiorno con SMART TV e un divano letto matrimoniale molto comodo.
    La cucina ha tutto il necessario per la preparazione dei pasti di tutti i giorni. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, un bagno completamente rinnovato, una cabina armadio e una TV a schermo piatto.
    La seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali e un facile accesso a un secondo bagno con doccia in vetro.

    Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è incluso: internet ad alta velocità, chiamate illimitate negli Stati Uniti e in Canada, lenzuola, cuscini e coperte, asciugamani da bagno, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno a microonde, bollitore, caffettiera, stoviglie e posate, pentole e padelle, ecc. We stayed here for just 2 nights. Very accommodating. Easy communication with hosts. Close to Clearwater. Close to store a restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay here.

The Royal Paradise is a great place to stay! Everything was well furnished and very comfortable! Our whole family enjoyed being here. Cristian and Cristina are awesome in communicating! Would definitely recommend!

Clearwater vacation

The condo was very clean, spacious and nice. It had all the amenities of home. It was close to everything. Family enjoyed the pool and gym. We would definitely book this condo again. I appreciated the clear communication from Cristian & Christina.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Clearwater

Wir haben das Apartment sehr genossen, es war alles da was wir brauchten. Besonders schön ist die Ausstattung für die Beach und die zentrale Lage. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Shopping. Frühstück und Abendessen auf dem Balkon waren ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr netter Kontakt auch zu den Vermietern.

Nice stay

We had to make a last minute trip for a funeral. The property was great, beautiful pool. The condo itself was pretty dirty, they did offer to move us but it would've been too much work for a 2 day stay so i cleaned myself and stayed.

Spacious and convenient

This was a nice property to stay at while in town. My family of 4 had lots of space and didn’t feel on top of each other. The unit was nicely decorated. The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and the front load washer had a smell, but that’s common I hear. There were beach items there for use, which was great. The pool is nice, and loved that it was heated. The hosts were great and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

January Golf trip

Went for a long weekend to Clearwater for golf. Easy to get to condo from Airport. Plenty of places to golf within 10 Mins of condo. Condo was super clean and the owners give very detailed instructions on condo access. Very clean property surrounding condo and it’s clean and nice around the property. There’s a Publix across the street and it’s also convenient and clean. Thanks to the condo owners for hosting.

Fantastic Host, Fantastic stay.

A fantastic Host which was very responsive and helpfully. We also received a warning from our Host about the upcoming tropical storm Debby. So the Host really cares about you as a client. fantastic! The accommodation was very clean and has everything we needed as a family of four. Everything was as described and visible in the pictures. We can only recommend the Host and the accommodation. If we come back to Clearwater,be will for sure look out first if this accommodation is free!

Clearwater Getaway

My family and I had an excellent stay at this beautiful condo in Clearwater. The unit was located in a gated community which was quite peaceful I must say. We visit the Tampa area yearly and this was by far the best property I’ve rented. The community pool was heated and 90 degrees at all times. There was a gym on the property which is nice if you’re a gym goer. If you plan on visiting the Tampa/Clearwater area, it doesn’t get much better than this. Also, the owner, Cristian, was extremely easy to get in contact with and made it super easy to check in and check out. I can’t say enough good things about this rental property. Thanks again for everything. My family and I had an amazing vacation week.

Fantastisk lägenhet, 10 min från Clearwater Beach, fullt utrustad lgh, kök med allt du behöver, ugn, spis, miccro, kyl,frys, ismaskin, kaffekokare, vattenkokare, brödrost, mixer..osv, allt du behöver, två stycken badrum med dusch, dusch/badkar, ett sovrum med kingsize säng och lcd-tv, ett sovrum med 2st 120 sängar, superfint tv-rum med stor lcd-tv och typ 200 satelitkanaler, inbyggd "balkong" med tak, 3 vån, ingen hiss, men du har ingen som stör dig ovanpå, lägenhetsinnehavaren mailar dig supertydliga instruktioner om hur allt funkar med poolpass, grindar, elektroniska lås, parkeringskort(gratis) osv, allt funkar klockrent, pool, gym på området.

A Piece of Paradise

I can't express enough how wonderful Cristian and Cristina are! Not only was the condo a 10 out of 10, but they were fantastic to work with from the beginning to the end! My daughter was being proposed to over our vacation and they went above and beyond to allow us to send everything we needed for a beach proposal to the condo. They picked it up and hid it in the back room so she would not see anything!!! The condo had everything one could want and more! It was extremely clean and you felt right at home. It has more than plenty of space and enough room for everyone to eat at the table for family time. I especially appreciated the wonderful beach chairs and umbrella. They had sand toys and rafts for everyone to enjoy as well. They definitely have gone above and beyond to make sure the condo is packed to meet everyone's needs. All you need to do is bring your clothing and food! They even had booklets and pamphlets to plan activities, and everything laid out in an easy format in a 3 ring binder for necessary information. I really appreciate the wonderful hospitality! We will definitely be returning! Thank you again for all you did for us and always being attentive. It wouldn't have been a success without you! If you are thinking of staying here for your next vacation, do it! You will love it! Awesome place and awesome people!

We did have a nice stay! The place is very nice. The only problem was an awful smell in the laundry room. All the towels (except the beach towels) smelled the same way. Luckily, we were able to borrow towels from our parents condo.I believe there’s mold growing in the washing machine.

Perfect vacation stay!

This tropical themed rental was beautifully decorated! It was spacious and had everything you needed to make you feel like you were at your own home. They provided pretty much anything you needed for the beach. The host was very informative and always available if needed. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location

The location was perfect a quick 10 min drive to the beach with many restaurants around. Walmart is 5 min away. Only annoying thing is the traffic light to get out of the complex is SLOW. Other than that it was great.

Clearwater Spring Break 2022

We spent the week at the Avalon during spring break. The property is located roughly 3-4 miles from Clearwater Beach. Check in and check out was easy. The location was great and very easy to get around for anything that you might need as far as shopping goes. The living conditions we're very nice and everything was clean. The hosts, Cristian & Cristina, are prompt to answer any questions or help with anything that we needed during our stay. We brought bikes and the trip to the beach was fairly easy. Beach traffic can be busy so that was nice to be able to bike there. They have a nice pool and we used that each day when we returned from the beach. I would recommend this property and would also stay there again if we return to Clearwater for vacation in the future.
