Nestled in the heart of Treasure Island, our charming Key West-style 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage at Gulf Sounds is the true 'TREASURE' of beach getaways. Just a quick, safe 30-yard stroll takes you to the pristine sands of Treasure Island Beach and its scenic boardwalk. Located within a small, intimate resort, our bungalow offers unmatched privacy while still placing you steps away from the vibrant activities of Treasure Island and nearby Madeira Beach. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the famous John's Pass, where you can indulge in fresh seafood, shop unique boutiques, savor ice cream treats, or relax at waterfront bars. For even more adventure, hop on the Suncoast Beach Trolley right at our corner, giving you easy access to all the beaches, including Clearwater, for a single fare.

Our recently repainted and redecorated cottage offers almost 700 square feet of comfort and style. Featuring a fully renovated and stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and a cozy living room complete with a sofa, 2 arm chairs, and a dining area for four, it’s the perfect home away from home. The tiled bathroom adds a touch of elegance, while the large covered patio, shared with just two other cottages, provides a relaxing space to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Outside, Gulf Sounds is lushly landscaped with amenities like a charcoal barbecue grill, a second-floor sundeck, and an outdoor shower. The fully fenced property ensures exceptional privacy, making this cottage the ultimate beachside retreat.

Beach trip

Visited our sons for their birthday’s. We had such a great time. The cottage was great and the host, James, was very accommodating. He was gracious, allowed us to stay another night at no additional cost after our flight was cancelled due to a tropical storm. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property and how close it was to the beach however the beds were uncomfortable and the main road was on one side making it noisy. The town around the condo was also a little run down.

We really liked our cottage. It was nicely laid out & had everything we needed. We did have a problem with the code to get into the cottage but James took care of it very quickly. Loved how close we were to the beach. We would definitely go back again.

Great Location

Love the Treasure Island area and was happy to find this gem in a great location! Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and the Beach! Loved that all necessities for the beach were available. Very clean and well taken care of property.

Clean, quaint cottage that is equipped with everything you need!

We very much enjoyed our stay on Treasure Island. The cottage is perfect for a family, and has every item you could possibly need and is super organized and comfortable. The cottage is a short walk directly to a beautiful beach.

Wish I had had the address prior to booking

This property is right on the corner of a very busy and very noisy street. Wasn't able to get a good nights' rest or even an afternoon nap. The floors need a good scrubbing. Kitchen had ants coming in the uncalked area under cabinets. And, unit smells musty.

Super Cozy!

Last minute vacation with the kiddos. The cottage was clean and cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was comfortable and all the little extras were great. There are umbrellas, chairs and floats to use and that was a big plus for us. The beach was great and just a quick walk away. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us.

Very clean and short walk to the beach

This is the cleanest beach cottage we have ever stayed at! Very quiet, uncrowded part of the beach. There were SO MANY shells to collect. No need to bring any beach chairs or sand toys, there are plenty for everyone. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. The owners provide lots of little things that you may need during your stay. Road noise is pretty loud, but there is a box fan that drowns it out pretty well. Only thing missing for me was a Keurig, because I am spoiled to mine lol. Would absolutely stay here again! We had a great trip!

Like home away from home

We loved it here. It was super clean. They had everything you needed. My favorite thing in the cottage besides the comfortable bed in the master bedroom and the awesome A/C was the manatee above the tv in the living room :) it was our daughter's 16th birthday and the were kind enough to stop by with a cupcake and card. The beach was right there and we enjoyed plenty of snorkeling at low tide where we found more than enough shells to take home. I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the generous hospitality

Anniversary vacation

Close to everything! Especially the water. Walking distance on either side to the water. The cottage had everything you could need inside. Tables and chairs to sit outside also. Lots of restaurants and gifts shops close by

We enjoyed our stay. Kenneth and angela were very nice. The only complaint I would say I had wad there were not enough plug ins and the bathroom was tiny. Otherwise, excellent experience. Enjoyed the beach equipment. Thanks so much

CUTE BEACH COTTAGE

The booking process was easy and Angela responded promptly after we inquired. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. My wife and I enjoyed the Cottage and it had everything we needed. Close to the beach and they had chairs and umbrellas. Very close to beach access. Nice common area with chairs and tables. Would recommend this property to others.
