    The Space

    Our home is thoughtfully designed to let you unwind and create lasting memories. The open-plan living area is the heart of the house, where you can gather together after a day of exploring.

    Indoor Living & Dining
    Settle into the huge L-shaped couch for a movie night on the 75-inch 4K Smart TV. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is a dream, featuring a gas range, premium appliances, and a large island with seating for six, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. You'll find a Ninja coffee maker, blender, Calphalon cookware, and all the spices and utensils you need.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms
    Rest peacefully in one of three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with blackout shades or curtains for a great night's sleep.

    King Suite:
    Features a luxurious King Helix Lux Bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, a dedicated mini-split AC/heat unit, and an en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry.

    Second Bedroom:
    Offers a Queen Sealy Posturepedic bed, a Smart TV, and a dedicated work desk for those needing to stay connected.

    Third Bedroom:
    Contains a cozy full-size bed with convenient under-bed storage.

    Outdoor Oasis
    Step outside into your private, fenced-in yard. The spacious deck is perfect for soaking up the Florida sun in a lounge chair, enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining table, or grilling on the Natural Gas Weber Genesis Grill. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs. You are also welcome to use the fresh herbs from our raised garden.

    Guest Access
    You will have private access to the entire home, yard, and all its amenities. This includes covered parking and additional space for some boats or recreational vehicles. The front porch swing is a perfect spot for your morning coffee.

    Our home is ideally located to enjoy the best of the area. You are just minutes away from the sugar-white sands of award-winning Clearwater Beach. Sports fans will love being close to the spring training homes of the Phillies and Blue Jays. For a charming evening out, explore downtown Dunedin, known for its amazing local restaurants, breweries, and unique shops.

It's us again! At this point, anyone reading three reviews in a row from the same guests is really reading about three outstanding stays.Steve may be relatively new to the short-term rental scene, but he has hospitality figured out. The home remains immaculate, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen is still a chef's dream.We stayed long-term, kept coming back, and for good reason. As fellow hosts, we appreciate the consistency, attention to detail, and genuine care Steve puts into every guest experience. Highly recommended.

In our first VRBO review, we mentioned that Steve's home had quickly become a go-to for our team. We recently returned for another stay, and the experience was once again exceptional.The home is immaculate, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is truly a chef's dream, even better than described. As fellow hosts, we especially appreciate the attention to detail and genuine care Steve puts into both the property and the guest experience.Consistency is one of the hardest things to achieve in hospitality, and Steve continues to deliver. Highly recommended.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Steve’s home multiple times and now as his first guests on VRBO, we can confidently say—he’s doing this right from day one.As a fellow owner/host, I don’t say this lightly—people like Steve are rare. He genuinely cares, takes pride in what he’s offering, and delivers exactly what he says and more. That level of consistency is hard to find.My team travels constantly, and I have one rule: I won’t book them anywhere I wouldn’t stay myself. I haven’t personally made it to this one yet—but at this point, I’m starting to feel like I’m the one missing out. The nonstop raving (especially about the beds)…apparently are next-level, “You May Not Want to Get Up” kind of comfortable) says it all.Steves home is always spotless, well-appointed, and dialed in. The complimentary mid-stay cleaning is just another example of Steve going above and beyond without making it feel transactional—he just genuinely wants guests to have a great experience.We already have another stay booked, and this has quickly become a go-to for our team. Hosts like Steve don’t come around often—you can book Steves home with complete confidence.
