Come relax and enjoy the laid-back beach town of Indian Rocks Beach in this private, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. The Pink Pelican is a charming cottage with all the modern conveniences and comforts to provide the perfect spot for exploring the surrounding area. Just a short walk and you can be at the local white sandy beaches, restaurants, shops, parks, nature preserve, and dog park. Or use the bicycles and continue exploring. For more adventure, use the super easy board cart to walk the 2 paddle boards over to the beach. It’s not uncommon to spot dolphins or even manatee swimming alongside you.

Sleeping:
The main bedroom has one King
The second bedroom has a full with a twin trundle bed
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room

You have the entire house. The house has a smart lock so check-in is fast and simple. If you have an iPhone or watch you can even use that to unlock the door. You will be provided the code prior to arrival. Once inside you will find a house key on the coffee bar for other exit doors and locks.

Just a brief drive from Tampa or St. Petersburg, Indian Rocks Beach offers nearly three miles of beautiful beaches along the glittering Gulf of Mexico. One of the few remaining old Florida beach towns that has plenty of local restaurants, bars, parks, and activities within walking distance of your house.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval, please send us a inquiry. A non refundable one-time $250 fee is required. We will invoice the pet fee once your reservation is made. We do not allow for cats at this time.

Electronic rental agreement to be provided and is required prior to check-in.

Early check-in and/or late check-out are available for additional fees and based on availability.

The responsible individual for all guests staying at the home must be a minimum 25 years of age.

Note: no more than 6 people are allowed over night per The City of IRB regulations.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The City of IRB enforces a 10pm to 7am noise ordinance.
