This is not a party house. We welcome respectful guests and family groups and gatherings.

💳 Cancellations (VRBO & Booking Guests):
If you cancel on VRBO or Booking, you will not be refunded the 3.5% credit card processing fee and our management fee, per our policy.
📜 Additional House Rules:
The person booking must be present unless prior approval is granted.
Rate reflects number of guests booked. Unapproved extra guests are charged $150/person.
The master bedroom is on the 1st floor. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with another loft which is an extra room with a bed. You have access to the entire home. There is a balcony off the bunk bed room that is great for watching the sun rise and sipping on matcha, coffee or tea.
This is the perfect family home. It is fun, spacious, quiet, lush and private.
Most rooms have a smart TV. High speed wifi throughout the home.

Our home is nestled on a quiet, private street in a safe, friendly neighborhood with kind neighbors and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Enjoy peaceful morning walks under the palms or chat with locals out walking their dogs.
We're in an excellent walkable area—just a short stroll to Taylor Park, where you can explore scenic trails, watch turtles sunbathe, or rent paddleboats. Just down the street, you’ll find a hidden gem: the riverfront, where native Florida birds like herons, ibis, and roseate spoonbills gather—bring your camera!
This location offers the perfect mix of peace, nature, and convenience—close to Gulf beaches and restaurants, yet tucked away from the crowds.

This is a perfect home for dogs. It is fully fenced in large backyard. We even have two doggie doors for small to medium sized dogs. We supply dog dish and bowls. Please make sure your dog does not dig holes in our yard and of course pick up the POOP ;) Your pup will love it here.

No parties or loud noises allowed. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am daily. Parties, loud noises, loud music and complaints from our neighbors will result in immediate eviction/cancellation without a refund. Thank you for understanding!

It is the responsibility of the registered guest to inform anyone using these facilities of the potential hazards. Each guest’s use of these facilities constitutes a release of liability and waiver of any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of such use, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss; and constitutes agreement that the owners and hosts of the property assume no responsibility for any accident, illness, injury, or death.
