Questo è un edificio molto familiare situato su una bellissima spiaggia e offre una grande piscina riscaldata e chilometri di spiaggia meravigliosa. Cucina moderna e confortevole soggiorno con TV e lettore DVD e connessione internet wireless. Ogni camera ha una regina e un letto singolo. Questa unità dispone di 3 balconi. C'è una piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio e barbecue grill in piscina e ampia area coperta. Vicino a molti ottimi ristoranti!

We had a wonderful stay! Clean rooms, easy access to the beach and pool. The grills were very clean, and the ocean views were spectacular. Plenty of shopping and golf nearby.

Beach cottage

The condo was perfect plenty of everything. The porches were awesome and plenty of beach equipment. The pool and beach were beautiful.

Such a cute condo! Perfect for my family of 3, but could easily sleep 5 or 6. Easy access to the beach!

Clean over all. A map of the over all residence would have been helpful. Elevator was very hard to find from garage area. Loved the location and views from the balcony. 3 nice balconies wish the chairs were a bit more comfortable. Beach and pool deck very nice and clean.

Spring Break

Love Beach Cottages!!! We have stayed in this complex for over 15 years. Great location and beach. Management was quick to respond to the one issue we had. Wish the unit came with more beach supplies though.

Enjoyable family stay

Only issues were with the elevator and some of the appliances were not in the best condition (microwave cracked, poorly fit lint trap in dryer, oven missing racks)Still overall a good experience for our family!

Beach Cottage II #2501

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have rented a unit at the Beach Cottage II property. The key pick up experience was perfectly executed and the property itself was well maintained as always. The only minor issue was that the hot tub was "hot" the first day then cold for the balance of the week. Unit 2501 although functional was in need of some upgrades especially the guest bathroom. Some small appliances that were not in working order still remained on premise and needed to be replaced. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and needs to be attended to. To summarize the unit is a little tired and needs some TLC. The last question on survey, I would recommend the property however not unit 2501.

It’s not the most cosmetically updated condo but we didn’t care about that! Beds were comfy! I would suggest adding a TV in the second bedroom we didn’t realize the kids wouldn’t have one.
