  • Un vecchio appartamento della Florida a meno di 100 metri dalle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. Incantevole appartamento con 2 camere da letto a Indian Rocks Beach. Bagno completo e cucina, lavastoviglie, connessione wi-fi gratuita, HDTV, lavanderia. Adiacente a un parco sul lungomare e al parco acquatico Splash Harbour. A pochi passi dal centro città, dove è possibile passeggiare per caffè, ristoranti, bar e negozi. La spiaggia per famiglie è meno affollata di St. Pete e Clearwater. L'area picnic del museo e del lungomare si trova a pochi passi. Siamo nel cuore della popolare Indian Rocks Beach, dove il ritrovo dei locali! Un nuovo parco accanto all'Intercoastal comprende un campo da beach volley, un'area picnic e passeggiate a misura di cane. L'appartamento si trova nell'Indian Rocks Narrows, così chiamato perché la terra è "stretta" tra l'Intercoastal e il Golfo del Messico. Goditi l'alba a est sopra l'intercostale e i tramonti a ovest sulla spiaggia! Una visita alla bellissima Indian Rocks Beach e tornerai anno dopo anno!

Perfect!

Everything was beautiful and it was walking distance to the perfect spot on the beach! Next time I will make the stay a little longer, will definitely be back here!

3 weeks in paradise!

Our stay was fantastic! Mary was wonderful and so accommodating! The place is beautiful and only steps from the beach! Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful area and everyone is so friendly! We had a fantastic time! Definitely recommend!

We were a small group of friends visiting Indian Rock Beach for the second time. The location of the cottage is excellent with many restaurants and stores in walking distance. The cottage was well appointed, comfortable and just what we wanted. The beach equipment and towels were a plus, also the laundry equipment. We all hope to visit in the future.

Cute property, great location

The property is very nice, right by the water. The hosts were awesome, we found a welcome basket when we arrived, and they had even provided items and advice for our dog, who was travelling with us. There are a ton of restaurants within just a couple of minutes walk, and parking was very convenient. 100% would use this host again!

Great location, close to beach park with waterway in back. Quiet area yet walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Beach absolutely beautiful. Apt. is cozy, clean and comfortable. Mgmt is very accessible. We loved it.

Beautiful beach

Mary and Dave made our stay most enjoyable. They were prompt to answer our questions prior to and during our stay. When we arrived we found a well equipped and clean condo. The kitchen had all kinds of equipment and all you need in a kitchen The bathroom even had extra toothbrushes. They had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, body boards. The location is perfect, one block away from the beach and close to multiple restaurants. They are close to two parks.. The smaller park is next door and the second one is one block away.. We forgot some items at the condo and they contacted us and mailed them to us. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

IRB Gem

2-3 minute walk to the beach, with the intercoastal waterway behind the property. Fun neighborhood - everything within walking distance, including superb restaurants! We loved our stay and had fun exploring the nearby dog parks. Everything provided for our beach vacation! Thanks!

Great location!

We came for a long weekend and we’re very satisfied. The location is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), the bay is behind the property, restaurants, shops are a 5 minute walk. Property was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to bring our dog with us and not have to pay an extravagant amount for her. We will be back!

Winter weather get-away

What a fantastic place! The apartment was roomy enough for us with all the features of home. Proximity to restaurants and the beach was perfect. Christi & Tamás are outstanding care takers of the property and Mary was a great host. We will be back next season.

Wonderful location and amenities

Our favorite place to go...We watch the sunrise over the intercostal waterway and the sunset at the beach...all within 3 blocks. A wonderful apartment...great owner and staff...beachy and clean...close to everything. We’ll be back!

Perfect place to stay

Charming and clean apartment in a wonderful location

On the intercoastal waterway with steps to the beautiful beach. Walking distance to everything...Ice cream, restaurants and coffee shops etc. we saw the sunrise over the intercoastal waterway and the beautiful sunset on the beach. Loved it

Excellent Location!

The unit was within easy walking distance to many restaurants and the beach! It was perfect for what we needed (2 adults). The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was a bit small but was fine for us two. Mary provided beach towels and a couple of chairs for the beach since we flew it was great to have those things available! We enjoyed our stay!
