There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs, allowing some peace and quiet from the activities downstairs.

Master Bedroom and Bath:
A King bed for 2 guests, this incredibly spacious room also has an en suite full bath with a double vanity, a smart TV, and a charming sofa, creating a cozy reading nook or providing an extra layer of comfort for relaxation.

Guest Bedroom 1:
With 2 Queen beds, this room accommodates 4 guests and includes a shared nightstand and large full-length mirror.

Guest Bedroom 2:
Featuring a Queen daybed with a Twin trundle bed that pulls out underneath allowing room for 3 guests. There is also a Smart TV and extra storage space for luggage.

Guest Bedroom 3:
This room has 2 Twin bunk bed sets, allowing for 4 guests. Offering a fun jungle themed wallpaper, it’s an enjoyable space for adults and little ones alike.

Guest Bathroom:
The guest bathroom located upstairs features double vanities and a shower/tub combo for the 3 guest bedrooms to share.

This open-concept main floor is designed with guests' comfort in mind, offering a spacious and welcoming environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge, complemented by a large island with barstools. It's stocked with everything from an air fryer and stand mixer to a rice cooker, blender, toaster, and a variety of pots, pans, and baking essentials. The coffee bar is ready for your morning routine with options for drip coffee, Keurig, and Nespresso, plus an electric kettle.

Through the sliding glass doors, you also have quick access to the pool and outdoor living space. This area also includes a new washer/dryer and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach or pool.

The spacious bonus room, equipped with blackout curtains, a surround sound system, and a large sectional that converts into a queen sleeper offers a cozy retreat for additional guests. With a variety of board games, it's an ideal spot for family and friends to unwind and create lasting memories after a day in the Florida sun.

Experience a wealth of outdoor amenities at the property, where you can grill and socialize at the outdoor bar, unwind on loungers or sectional seating, and enjoy al fresco meals at the dining table. Stay cozy by the fire pit during cooler seasons, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day, and partake in various games and activities.

The pool, with a maximum depth of 8ft., invites relaxation, but please note it lacks a security fence—ensure children are supervised in the backyard. The property provides grill and fire pit tanks; a nearby gas station is available for filling. Smoking near outdoor furniture is prohibited, so please dispose of cigarette butts properly for a pleasant outdoor experience.

🔹🔹 ADDITIONAL NOTES 🔹🔹
The accommodation features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, inclusive of amenities like an ironing board, iron, steamer, dryer balls, and lint rollers. Adjacent to the laundry room on the ground floor, there is a full bath with a shower. The pool is not heated during the Summer/Early Fall months. The garage can accommodate two vehicles and includes an electric car charger. Additional parking is available with space for two vehicles in the driveway, and if needed, one vehicle may park on the street, with a total of five parking spots available. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.

Check-in instructions and personal door code will be sent prior to check-in. You'll have private access to the entire home and backyard.

Outside contractors clean and maintain our pool and landscaping. Authorized personnel will use the gate to enter the backyard and carry out their tasks, so don't be alarmed to see people at work during your stay. Due to the nature of their work, we are unable to predict the precise date and time of their arrival. We appreciate your understanding and patience in advance.
Please be considerate of neighbors and noise levels, especially outside at night time.
