Un open space che scorre senza fatica da una zona all'altra invita a rilassarsi e godersi la propria casa lontano da casa.

Questa spaziosa casa vanta 3 livelli con 4 camere da letto, una sala giochi, un rifugio per bambini!

Il primo livello dispone di un patio coperto con un bellissimo paesaggio e un centro termale gigante.
Il secondo livello comprende le principali aree soggiorno, la camera da letto principale e la lavanderia.

Questa splendida casa sulla spiaggia offre una cucina completamente attrezzata, pronta per pasti veloci o cene. La cucina offre controsoffitti in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, piano cottura in vetro e un sacco di armadi. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili necessari, elettrodomestici da cucina, stoviglie e bicchieri. Questa bella cucina è completa con un'isola di quarzo che può ospitare 4 persone.

La cucina si apre sulla zona pranzo e sulla zona giorno.

La sala da pranzo può ospitare 8 persone.

Zona giorno è completamente attrezzata con comodi posti a sedere, grande tv a schermo piatto e un divano letto.

Il secondo piano ha un facile accesso ad un balcone attrezzato con sedie a dondolo per il vostro divertimento.

La camera da letto principale è spaziosa con un comodo letto king size e un bagno privato con cabina doccia, la sua vanità doppia 'n' sua unità, servizi igienici separati e una cabina armadio.

Il terzo livello ospita la seconda camera da letto principale, 2 camere da letto e il rifugio per i bambini.

Forniamo un tavolo da ping pong e una shuffleboard per il vostro divertimento.

I bambini si ritirano! Completo di divano letto, tv a schermo piatto, giochi, playstation, libri e molto altro. La ritirata dei bambini offre uno spazio divertente per i bambini.

Secondo maestro ha un comodo letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato con doccia.

Will and Cassidy’s Wedding

Our son and now daughter in law were married on the beach and we ad 13 family members in backyard and for dinner. House was great and very easy for me to use in wheelchair. Great hosts!

Awesome place awesome location

We had a great stay and the house was perfect. The location was perfect with the crosswalk and beach access right there. The outside patio was perfect for the evenings with the outdoor tv for music videos. I wish all the jets worked on the swim spa, but they are getting that fixed. If we ever go back we will stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

We were very impressed with this property. It is 1 block from the beach so it was easy getting over to it. The house is completely equipped....kitchen, beach towels, blowdry, soap and extra blankets. They had a great game room and hot tub. We had an emergency while we were there and the property manager was very helpful! This property is centrally located to the beach, restuarants and shopping!! I would rent this place again.

The management company and the people I dealt with were all very responsive and professional! The only drawback was the beach access across the street being closed due to the hurricane which was no ones fault.

Beach getaway

Very nice. Lots of stairs so you need to block those with young kids, and the elevator doesn't work so someone who can't easily climb one to two sets of steep stairs would be better of elsewhere, but it worked okay for us. Rent a wagon for the short beach trip if you are renting umbrellas or such. And avoid anything they might call a tent (even an awning) on the beach closest to the house, as they did a rare thing and made us take it down. Just on that beach/in the city.

Games, beach items, a huge hot tub and a very nice private outdoor eating area. Lots of room on the inside for our party of 10. Master bedroom and bath was large and very nice. The walk to the beautiful beach was a short 3 minutes or so. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants very close by. The property management company was very easy to work with and very helpful. If there was a negative at all, it would be not enough wash cloths and towels for a party of ten but there were plenty of beach towels to use. We loved the home and area and will definitely come back!

Luxury rental near the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrived we were blown away. This rental had everything our extended family could ask for - large luxury sofas and stainless steel appliances, very clean and neat, gaming machines for the kids and even more gaming options in the garage, along with a swim spa that was used daily. The property is just across the street from the ocean so a quick walk over was very doable. The three stories involved lots of stairs but my kids loved it. The WiFi wasn’t working at first but after a quick text to the owner we heard back immediately and the issue was resolved. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly and the master shower had low water pressure but everything else was in perfect working condition. I would absolutely stay at this location again in the future. This was far and away the best beach rental we have ever used!

Family Vacation and Wedding was Amazing

The property is everything they said and more. It was very comfortable for my group of 12. Everyone had space and was able to relax or whatever they wanted. The downstairs play room and patio area was a big hit. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. And the beach was never crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a minor mechanical issue with the elevator (which we were given permission to use since my mom can't do stairs) when we arrived, and the owner of the property was super responsive, and got it fixed ASAP. We loved all the games and other items provided. My baby loved walking around on the soft turf. My stepson loved the huge hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a better setup. Thank you!

Perfect Location!

My parents rented this house for 14 of us, 6 adults and 8 children. The house is beautiful, functional and the kids loved the swim spa and game room! It had a convenient location with a 2 min walk to the beach and short walk to many shops and restaurants.
