Questo condominio ha una bella cucina aperta che è completamente fornita e pronta per cucinare i tuoi pasti, ha nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, l'area den ha un set di letti a castello per dormire in più e puoi facilmente ospitare un gruppo di 6 in questa unità , lavatrice e asciugatrice in condominio per il vostro uso, di buone dimensioni e schermate in balcone, bella grande vasca / doccia combo in bagno padronale, piscina riscaldata per motivi per il vostro uso e molto altro! Questo edificio si trova proprio sulla sabbia della spiaggia di Madeira ed è di ca. 1 miglio dall'area del John's Pass. Un'ottima scelta sulla spiaggia a Madeira Beach !! NOTA BENE: Questa è una struttura non fumatori ad eccezione di un'area fumatori esterna designata.

    Villa Madeira è un edificio diretto sulla spiaggia nel mezzo della pittoresca spiaggia di Madeira, una piccola città sulla spiaggia che è lunga circa 2 miglia. Composto da 50 unità; tutte le unità sono rivolte a ovest, quindi tutte avranno una vista diretta sul Golfo del Messico dal loro privato, schermate su balconi. Troverai John's Pass Village a circa 1 miglio a sud, pieno di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di andare sulle montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è a soli 45 minuti di auto, o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando in sole 2 ore. L'acquario della Florida a Tampa, l'acquario di Clearwater (casa dell'inverno il delfino), l'Hard Rock Casino, i bellissimi parchi statali e le miglia di spiagge sono solo alcuni dei motivi per visitare le nostre spiagge della Contea di Pinellas !!! Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a Villa Madeira si trova la famosa Candy Kitchen per quelle serate che vorresti avere una dolce sorpresa! Ci sono ristoranti, caffetterie e caffetterie che sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi da questa posizione, quindi hai davvero tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno proprio qui. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, vicinanza alle principali attrazioni e miglia di spiagge a portata di mano; questa è una vera vacanza al mare !!

Nice condo in a fantastic location

We loved our stay in this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was great. Villa Madiera is a nice building and one parking spot was provided. The patio that overlooks the Gulf was setup with very nice furniture and we would stay in this unit again. Thanks Resort Rentals for a smooth rental.

Madeira Beauty

This property was magnificent. The location was perfect. The size of the condo was well above average. The furnishings were very nice, the beds were great and very comfortable. All the appliances were new or recently replaced. This location was close to everything including many restaurants. I recommend this place without hesitation.

My husband and I were so pleased with the condo and the entire experience. We have used VRBO before but it had been awhile. It looked exactly like the pictures posted. It was very clean! I judge a place a lot by the bathrooms and they were shining. The condo was comfortable and was stocked with everything you would need. The view was spectacular and we saw dolphins several times. The location was convenient and close to John’s Pass. We are hoping to stay there again soon!

Beautiful condo and perfect location

For the positives, it was a large, beautiful condo with plenty of bedding and space. The balcony was the best we’d ever had at a rental- it was relatively wide and even had a couch. The view was spectacular, also. There were 2 high quality reclining beach chairs in the closet for our use, plus we added a couple new camping chairs when we left. Now for the trouble we had: We arrived around 9:00pm due to a flight delay. There was no office on sight and couldn’t find clear directions to check-in. Finally reached someone on the phone who told me to drive to St. Pete to retrieve keys from a lock box outside of a closed office (had to return keys there upon checkout, also.) There was construction in the parking lot and way less spaces than number of guests in the building so we had to park diagonal across the street in another lot and walk back. There was no salt/pepper, Coffee filters, anything extra in the kitchen besides paper towels. The pool was closed for the month due to renovations:(Overall, we were still highly impressed with the condo itself and would probably stay again.

Perfect Vacation

Madeira Beach is a wonderful family oriented place to stay. For military retirees like myself, it is close to MacDill AFB, where we picked up some groceries at the commissary. The vacation rental was great. It was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a week stay. The beds were comfortable, the furniture in the den was also nice. The rental was also very clean. The only negative comments are very minor. The locks on the door are very hard to open with the key. We would generally spend several minutes trying to open the lock and the deadbolt.. it also would have been nice to have a food disposal in the sink in the kitchen. Both of those are minor fixes. The only other item to mention would be the lone elevator. We had to frequently wait a while on it. The property could certainly benefit from a second elevator at the other end. My wife uses a walker, and it was sometimes hard to squeeze in with other people getting in and out carrying beach equipment and luggage.

Frustration with access to property!

The condo was very clean & in a great location. I did not like driving out of the way to check-in, drop off keys & make a 2nd trip because they forgot a parking pass in our initials packet. Likewise, I was very frustrated with the only elevator on the property! It was down 4 of the 8 days we were there including on check out! I was with my handicap mother who was unable to climb 5 stories with a Walker! Likewise, the stair well was extremely hot which caused her to over heat. I personally struggled making numerous trips up & down 5 stories with heavy luggage & groceries. Management said they were not aware of the problem yet maintenance had been there several times trying to repair the problem which was always a temporary fix! I did not pay that kind of money to do that kind of work on vacation & my mom was restricted every time the elevator was down! Very disappointing!!

Cooking with a view

The rental was the best equipped for some who need a break but want to cook their meals. Lots of pans and cookware to do what you need while looking at the beautiful waves on the Gulf. Large balcony to watch the sun go down every day.

Plenty of seating on the balcony for Dolphin watching, although the screen cuts down the heat it also compromises the view.The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of closet/drawer space in the bedrooms.The down side is you have to go to the rental office to pickup and drop off the keys. Also the drapes/blinds really need to be closed in the afternoon or the Master and Living Room really heat up!

Good location, plenty room, only issue hot water tank was bad and we had to spend one day waiting for it to be replaced, relatively clean except floor, walking barefoot made feet dark black, it appeared clean but evidently not mopped thoroughly.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before checking in to your unit, you have to go to St. Pete to pick up your keys and parking pass. You have to use keys for the lobby, access to the pool , access to your room and access to the beach. This needs to be changed to keypads. Extremely difficult if you have more than 2 family members. Also there was not a grill, hot tub or umbrellas around the pool.

Condo 504

The condo itself was very nice, however it was not very clean. There were clumps if hair in the shower, dried toilet paper stuck to the wall in master bath and trash left on the balcony. There was also a terrible odor that took days to get rid of in the kitchen. We burned candles and had air freshener as well as cleaned really well. The bottom of the top bunk bed had broken slabs underneath and we had to take the mattress off and one had to sleep on the floor in the mattress. We were afraid it might break on them. The location is nice and our trip was good but I probably would not stay in this condo again for the price we paid

Good find on the beach

This condo was very nice; owner had binder with good local information; also information on appliances if needed. Our only negative was the cleanliness of the condo. Our toddler found an opened pack of cigarettes as well as a lighter in one of the bedrooms. The porch had not been vacuumed; crafting beads and food scraps were all over the rug. So disappointing for such a nice place.
