La cucina rinnovato, è bello e completamente attrezzata. piastrelle Sparkling sui pavimenti, mobili moderni, un letto matrimoniale, letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli nella tana sono solo alcuni dei plus. Il grande balcone proiettato-in è il luogo perfetto per guardare la gloriosa Florida tramonto. Sei a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi e altre attività in spiaggia. Villa Madeira è un edificio diretto sulla spiaggia nel mezzo della pittoresca spiaggia di Madeira, una piccola città sulla spiaggia che è lunga circa 2 miglia. Composto da 50 unità; tutte le unità sono rivolte verso ovest, quindi tutte avranno una vista diretta sul Golfo del Messico dai loro balconi privati, schermati. Troverete John's Pass Village a circa 1 miglio a sud che è pieno di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di cavalcare le montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è a soli 45 minuti di auto, o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando in sole 2 ore. L'Acquario della Florida a Tampa, l'Acquario di Clearwater (sede di Winter the Dolphin), l'Hard Rock Casino, i bellissimi parchi statali e le miglia di spiagge sono solo alcuni dei motivi per visitare le nostre spiagge della Contea di Pinellas !!! Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a Villa Madeira è la famosa cucina di dolciumi per quelle serate che vuoi avere un dolce regalo! Ci sono ristoranti, caffè e caffetterie che sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi da questa posizione, quindi in realtà hai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno proprio qui. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, vicinanza alle principali attrazioni e chilometri di spiagge a portata di mano; questa è una vera vacanza al mare !!

Old but reasonably clean. Lacks the small amenities. Great location and beach. Pool was not usable because of the hurricane wished more info was provided about the damage and reconstruction. Hopefully the entire area will get back to normal

The property was great. Right on the beach. There was some construction taking place but that was known ahead of time for hurricane recovery efforts. Our only issue with the property was that the dryer was not working properly. It was difficult to dry bath towels and small loads would gave to be run 4 or 5 times to complete drying. I emailed the property managers asking for assistance. I heard nothing back but the next day while.my 13 year old daughter was sleeping 2 men entered the house without our knowledgeand while the rest of my family was on the beach out back. I was upset by this and called the property managers office and spoke to a woman who apologized and was very nice . I am writing this merely as a a message to the property managers to make sure you have permission from the renters to enter in the future. My child was frightened by this experience and id like to ensure it doesnt happen again in the future to anyone else. It was an otherwise pleasant stay in a great area.

The condo was great. Wish there was an easier way to check in and out and elevator key thing very annoying but condo itself was very nice and no complaints there.

Property location is excellent. Convenient to restaurants, stores an John's pass. Condo itself could use a little TLC. A few minor plumbing an electrical issues Well equipped kitchen. Master bed very comfortable other rooms could use mattress upgrades.

The condo was great for two families of three. Very clean inside with all the essentials. Balcony view was amazing to watch for dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Great location to shopping and dining. Only thing’s missing were ceiling fans in all bedrooms and tv. Would recommend and looking forward to future visits.

Condo was very clean. Updates were made since our last stay last year which are very nice. Beautiful weather and saw dolphins every day. Love the location walking distance to John’s pass and some restaurants. Candy kitchen across the street. Definitely coming back next year.

The property was nice with a few exceptions The den and the spare bedroom had NO televisions in them and the beds themselves were awful, mattress and a piece of plywood does not a comfy vacation bed make The agent at Resort Rentals gave us incorrect information regarding the working of the televisions and the internet The president of the homeowners association harassed us the entire trip for everything we did from putting out beach towels on a chair and then walking g to the beach to having groceries delivered The elevator did. It work properly It was a nice condo and we had a nice vacation but have stayed in better places

Nice three bedroom condo. It had a big new kitchen that was well stocked. The ice maker was broken & that was a real inconvenience. Beautiful beach & pool - great place for a family vacation.

Condo was very clean, beautiful view from your private patio. Felt very safe in this property. If you want to get away from your busy life, this property is perfect… walking distance to the Pier which has many restaurants snd shopping stores…

Great property was very clean. Just like the pictures and awesome view of the beach and ocean. You have a front row seat for sunset from the screened balcony. The house is on a great location close to Johns pass restaurants and shops. We will be back again next year for sure.

The location and beach are amazing! The president of the association at the condo is a problem! He runs around giving orders and policing & harassing. This place could be much better without Mr. Smartt. Having to pick up keys and drop off keys a couple miles from the condo is also a problem unless you have a car rental. The condo itself was very nice and had everything you could need. Beautiful views, Sand toys, beach chairs and more!! Because of Mr. Smartt, we will not return to Villa Madeira!

Condo is updated and well maintained. Very well stocked with kitchen items. Within walking distance to Johns Pass. Would stay here again. Cons: Dishwasher worked sporadically. Master bedroom bathroom sinks, one had no pressure, the other did not drain, however master bath shower was great.

This was a great property! We would definitely want to stay here again in the future! Loved being able to be directly on the beach with chairs and umbrellas to rent. Also, loved the lounge chairs on the patio at the entrance to the beach. Several local restaurants and John’s Pass within walking distance.

It was an amazing place to stay Loved that it had a washer and dryer. The only complaint was the dishwasher was broke and had water in it so that smelled bad when we first opened it. So we just hand washed all dishes. But I would def recommend stay and would stay again. Maintenance man was nice and kept grounds super clean.

We paid for a 3 bedroom unit.there was 3 couples. The one bedroom was a disaster. 8ft x9ft with 2 twin beds, no closet and no dresser..kind of hard for the couple living out of the other peoples closet and dresser. SHOULD NOT BE RENTED AS A 3 BEDROOM. i think some refund should be extended to me, if you expect me to rent from you again.

We enjoyed our time here once things were straightened out with cleaning service and check in time. Some things were missing, minor but still missed. Manager was helpful. The closet held many beach items; chairs, toys, etc. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. It would be helpful to have appliance info; we had difficulty with dishwasher initially then figured things out. Comfortable and nice.
