I don't think there are enough words to describe this property. This place is amazing!! This is the cutest little bungalow decorated in Manatee decor. There was everything we needed and more! The backyard itself was a vacation with games, kayaks, plenty of outdoor seating, and a fabulous view along with plenty of wildlife sightings. We were here on Spring Break with six people and there was plenty of room. The location is close to everything. You are in minutes of shopping, the beach, restaurants and more activities. Gretchen is the BEST she is so attentive and responds quickly to any questions. We will definitely be booking this bungalow again in the future. We hit the jackpot when we found this little Florida gem.

Location, Location, Location

Gretchen was the BEST host. Very responsive and professional. The home was newly updated and beautiful. I loved sitting out back by the water having my morning coffee. This home is steps to Johns Pass with all the dining, activities, and shops! Just a few minute walk to the beach. The home was fully stocked with what we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful. We will be staying again very soon!!

Madeira Beach Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We were super impressed by the cleanliness and the amenities of the bungalow. It was very cute, designed well and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed using the corn hole boards. This location was great as it was a walking distance to John's Pass and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

First Visit to John's Pass

Our John's Pass Oasis was perfect for our family of 5; our host Gretchen was so helpful. The layout was perfect, the patio and view was beautiful. It was well equipped, close to the boardwalk, shopping and the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to a return trip.

Wonderful stay!!!

The location was perfect us. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and then some. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have a pack n play there for our little one. We already booked our second stay. Gretchen goes above and beyond to help her guests feel at home.

John’s Pass Bungalow

My family stayed here for a week of our spring break. We enjoyed our stay here! Spacious living room and open kitchen to view the water and boats outside. The beds we’re comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. There was a wagon with beach chairs, and some beach toys if you wanted to walk down to the beach. The location was great! Close to everything and walking distance to John’s Pass. It’s on a dead end road so it was peaceful and quiet. We also got to see a dolphin out back by the dock. This is a 2 unit A and B place you do have your own back patio with nice patio furniture. You do share the dock/sitting area with the other unit. The host was great to work with… very helpful and responsive! We would stay here again!
