  • Il tuo angolo di paradiso! Casa completamente ristrutturata sul mare con piscina privata e ampia spa. Pareti di finestre che si affacciano sul mare da ogni piano. A cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, dal parco giochi, dalla biblioteca, dai campi da pickleball, tennis e basket! Puoi pescare direttamente dal molo nel giardino sul retro. Guarda i delfini dal balcone! Questo è il posto perfetto per rilassarti, ma devi lavorare? Abbiamo Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e scrivanie in ogni stanza!

    La spiaggia è letteralmente a 5 minuti a piedi e abbiamo pensato a tutto per te! Asciugamani? Ce li abbiamo! Giocattoli da spiaggia! Carrello da spiaggia? Ce l’abbiamo! Crema solare: te la forniamo noi, quindi usala! (Ma se non lo fai, abbiamo delle piante di aloe vive che crescono sotto il portico, tutte per te!)

    Il pontile nuovo di zecca ha una luce fluorescente nell’acqua dove puoi sederti e guardare i pesci di notte! La pesca è fantastica e gli ospiti ci hanno mandato foto di squali bonnet e barracuda pescati proprio dal pontile! Le canne da pesca sono incluse e il negozio di attrezzatura da pesca è a 3 minuti a piedi da casa! Se preferisci il kayak, puoi metterti in acqua direttamente dal pontile o portarli alla rampa per barche proprio lì accanto! Dirigiti verso “Bird Island”: lì potrai avvicinarti tantissimo agli uccelli prima che volino via proprio davanti a te!

    Questa casa è perfetta per 2 famiglie che vogliono trascorrere le vacanze insieme: ognuna avrà la propria camera da letto e il proprio bagno!

    Ci teniamo alla tua sicurezza durante il soggiorno: per accedere al piano principale è necessario salire alcune scale. Telecamere di sorveglianza solo all’esterno!

    Le nostre cose preferite:
    1. La vasca idromassaggio di notte a guardare il cielo limpido: usa l’app “Night Sky” per vedere le costellazioni!
    2. Stare seduti in riva all’acqua intorno al braciere di notte!
    3. Un caffè sul balcone a guardare l’alba (e i delfini) prima che si svegli chiunque altro!
    4. Prendi i panini cubani al cocco di Kookie per il tramonto in spiaggia!
    5. Vai in kayak a Bird Island e scopri tutto sulle mangrovie!

Our family had a great time here! The host was very friendly and accommodating!The house was clean, well appointed, and the back yard / pool is legit! It’s a quick walk to the local park with pickleball courts, the beach, and some fun beach bars and shops! Thanks for great memories!

Thanksgiving Week

Great property for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful and Deb was very accommodating and attentive. The location is excellent, easy walk to the beach and great park a block away. Great place to relax and enjoy the view!

Waterfront property

Overall excellent stay. Great location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Property owners were great to work with and always responded quickly if we had questions. I highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful experience here! The hosts were so gracious and accommodating. Everything was in great order and if we had any questions the response time was like 1 minute! We had very cold weather and the hosts made sure we were still enjoying our time and made sure the house was warm and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place and very thankful for great hosts!

Paradise

Our family enjoyed the peacefulness of the waterway with the beach close by. The inside decor and cleanliness was welcoming. Everything was available that you would need on vacation. We spent most of our time by the pool and upstairs balcony. Felt right at home. We will be back and appreciate the hospitality

Awesome beach weekend in a fantastic house

Perfect beach house on the intracoastal and a short walk to the beach. Beautiful and comfortable acommodations for the whole family, fantastic views and a great backyard with a pool. The house is immaculate and appointed so that guests have everything they could want. Huge TVs, comfortable beds and couch, a great kitchen and a balcony with views for coffee and relaxing.

Fabulous

We had a fantastic stay at this house. The outdoor area was perfect! We spent every evening outside enjoying the hot tub, night fishing off the dock and sitting on the couches around the outdoor fire feature. Everything was very clean & comfortable. The host was immediately responsive to any questions we had and so friendly/helpful with suggestions on local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Incredible

The home was beyond amazing. It exceeded our expectations and we loved it. The hosts were so helpful and terrific. The location was perfect for us. We were able to get everywhere we wanted with either a short walk the the amazing beach and park or a short drive to excellent restaurants and shopping. We loved every minute of it and will be back!!!! Thank you so much for letting us share this little piece of heaven.

Luxury bayside home

Warm & welcoming modern home with unbeatable location. Great aircon, fast wifi, lovely heated pool & spa, and lots of great extras (like roku tvs, high quailty appliances & kayaks!). Indian Rocks Beach is a great location. Wonderful white sand beach just a short stroll away. Great hosts, clear to see the effort & attention to detail they have put into their property. Highly recommended.

Spring Break!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. It’s beautiful and it has everything you need plus some to enjoy time with family or friends. It’s close to the beach and activities. Deb is a great host and communicator. She really cares about your time visiting! We will be back!

BREATHTAKING, AMAZING, PERFECT

This is our second year staying in this home and I have to say, I can't think of a better vacation we have had. Deb and Scott make is so easy and the home is absolutely flawless. Every amenity is available and the location could not be better. We cannot thank you enough for opening up your incredible home to us. I am looking forward to making it a 3rd year next year.

Paradise on the water!

We had an amazing stay at this paradise of a house in Indian Rocks Beach with our family for the week. The house was clean, beautiful, and newly renovated—absolutely perfect for families. We especially enjoyed fishing off the dock at night and had so much fun in the pool during the day. Deb and Scott, our hosts, were wonderful—very responsive and kind. Highly recommend! We will be back! Thank you for everything!

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. We have stayed here three years in a row and it is absolutely a complete luxury. The location is perfect, the beach is just down the street and every restaurant and bar around is amazing. We do like to spend a lot of our time at the house because of all the amenities offers, including the amazing hot tub, pool, dock for fishing, Beautiful views, and complete privacy. Lastly, the owners of the home are absolutely the best hosts ever. Anytime I’ve ever needed anything or even wanted to just share fun pictures, they are always open and accommodating, and I feel lucky to have found this place. Excited for our next trip and would recommend to anybody looking for luxury in Florida.

Luxurious vacation rental

Loads of amenities, including kayaks, beach/pool toys, plenty of pool towels, well-stocked paper supplies/soap/cleaning materials, beach cart, etc. Wonderful view from the backyard and pier--including dolphins! Easy walk to the beach. Owners were very responsive to questions. A note for those with mobility issues--lower floor is only accessible by a spiral staircase (or through the outside). The Murphy bedroom does not have much buffer space with the bed pulled down, preventing use with walkers, etc. We had a fantastic vacation and highly recommend this property!
