Waterfront Renovated Luxury Home with pool and spa - 5 min walk to the beach

Your own piece of paradise! Fully renovated home on the water with private pool and large spa. Wall of windows overlooking the water from each floor. Five minute walk to the beach, playground, library, pickle ball, tennis, basketball! Fish from the back yard dock. Watch dolphins from the balcony! This is the ultimate place to relax - but need to work? We have high speed wi-fi, desks in every room!

The beach is literally a 5 minute walk and we've thought of everything for you! Towels? Got them! Beach toys! Beach buggy? Got them! Sunscreen - we even provide that, so please use it! (But if you don't - we have live aloe plants growing on the porch for you!)

The brand new dock boasts a glo light in the water where you can sit and watch the fish at night! Fishing is superb and guests have sent us photos of bonnet shark and barracuda caught right off the dock! Fishing rods provided and tackle store is a 3 minute walk from the house! If you prefer to kayak, put in the kayaks right off the dock or carry them over to the boat ramp right next door! Head over to "bird island" as they let you get really close to the before flying off in front of you!

This home is perfect for 2 families that would like to vacation together - each with their own bedroom and bathroom!

We care about your safety during your stay - there are necessary stairs to access the main floor. Safety surveillance cameras outdoors only!

Our favorites:
1. Hot tub at night staring at the clear sky - use the "night sky" app to see constellations!
2. Sitting out by the water around the fire pit at night!
3. Coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise (and dolphins) before anyone else wakes up!
4. Grab Kookie Coconut cuban sandwiches for the beach sunset!
5. Kayak to bird island and learn about mangroves!

We had a wonderful experience here! The hosts were so gracious and accommodating. Everything was in great order and if we had any questions the response time was like 1 minute! We had very cold weather and the hosts made sure we were still enjoying our time and made sure the house was warm and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place and very thankful for great hosts!

Fabulous

We had a fantastic stay at this house. The outdoor area was perfect! We spent every evening outside enjoying the hot tub, night fishing off the dock and sitting on the couches around the outdoor fire feature. Everything was very clean & comfortable. The host was immediately responsive to any questions we had and so friendly/helpful with suggestions on local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. We have stayed here three years in a row and it is absolutely a complete luxury. The location is perfect, the beach is just down the street and every restaurant and bar around is amazing. We do like to spend a lot of our time at the house because of all the amenities offers, including the amazing hot tub, pool, dock for fishing, Beautiful views, and complete privacy. Lastly, the owners of the home are absolutely the best hosts ever. Anytime I’ve ever needed anything or even wanted to just share fun pictures, they are always open and accommodating, and I feel lucky to have found this place. Excited for our next trip and would recommend to anybody looking for luxury in Florida.

Paradise

Our family enjoyed the peacefulness of the waterway with the beach close by. The inside decor and cleanliness was welcoming. Everything was available that you would need on vacation. We spent most of our time by the pool and upstairs balcony. Felt right at home. We will be back and appreciate the hospitality

Paradise on the water!

We had an amazing stay at this paradise of a house in Indian Rocks Beach with our family for the week. The house was clean, beautiful, and newly renovated—absolutely perfect for families. We especially enjoyed fishing off the dock at night and had so much fun in the pool during the day. Deb and Scott, our hosts, were wonderful—very responsive and kind. Highly recommend! We will be back! Thank you for everything!

Spring Break!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. It’s beautiful and it has everything you need plus some to enjoy time with family or friends. It’s close to the beach and activities. Deb is a great host and communicator. She really cares about your time visiting! We will be back!

BREATHTAKING, AMAZING, PERFECT

This is our second year staying in this home and I have to say, I can't think of a better vacation we have had. Deb and Scott make is so easy and the home is absolutely flawless. Luxurious vacation rental

Loads of amenities, including kayaks, beach/pool toys, plenty of pool towels, well-stocked paper supplies/soap/cleaning materials, beach cart, etc. Wonderful view from the backyard and pier--including dolphins! Easy walk to the beach. Owners were very responsive to questions. A note for those with mobility issues--lower floor is only accessible by a spiral staircase (or through the outside). The Murphy bedroom does not have much buffer space with the bed pulled down, preventing use with walkers, etc. We had a fantastic vacation and highly recommend this property!

Great property for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful and Deb was very accommodating and attentive. The location is excellent, easy walk to the beach and great park a block away. Great place to relax and enjoy the view!

Luxury bayside home

Warm & welcoming modern home with unbeatable location. Great aircon, fast wifi, lovely heated pool & spa, and lots of great extras (like roku tvs, high quailty appliances & kayaks!). Indian Rocks Beach is a great location. Wonderful white sand beach just a short stroll away. Great hosts, clear to see the effort & attention to detail they have put into their property. Highly recommended.

Awesome beach weekend in a fantastic house

Perfect beach house on the intracoastal and a short walk to the beach. Beautiful and comfortable acommodations for the whole family, fantastic views and a great backyard with a pool. The house is immaculate and appointed so that guests have everything they could want. Huge TVs, comfortable beds and couch, a great kitchen and a balcony with views for coffee and relaxing.

The home was beyond amazing. It exceeded our expectations and we loved it. The hosts were so helpful and terrific. The location was perfect for us. We were able to get everywhere we wanted with either a short walk the the amazing beach and park or a short drive to excellent restaurants and shopping.
