ABOUT THE LOCATION:
A throwback to old Florida, Indian Rocks Beach is the quintessential “beach town.” A beautiful, dune-lined expanse dotted with small motels, vacation cottages and rental condos, it’s the beach that your grandparents took your parents to for vacation. After a day of sunbathing at the pool or beach, relax at some of the best local restaurants and bars in the area or browse the many small boutiques, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in this charming and laid-back village.
Also check out Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve (a scenic park with a boardwalk through a lush mangrove), Kolb Park (tennis courts, playground and skateboard park) and nearby attractions like the Clearwater Aquarium, Florida Botanical Gardens, John’s Pass Village, Sunken Gardens and downtown St. Petersburg.

House Rules:
1. No parties or events. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
2. No pets. Please notify us of any service animals, including those of any visitors.
3. No smoking/vaping indoors and no illegal substances anywhere on the property.
4. Rinse sand off all beach equipment before returning it to the garage.
5. No sand in the house or pool, please. When returning from the beach, rinse feet and shake out towels before entering the house or pool area.
6. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate the golf cart. For liability and damage deposit purposes, you will also be asked to provide proof of valid auto insurance.
7. The boat lift is not operational and not available for guest use. Due to currents and tidal fluctuations, any docking (boats, jet skis, etc.) or launching (kayaks, SUPs) is not permitted.
