Westwinds Waterfront Luxury Condo Beach and Pool

Treasure Island is the perfect beach destination offering miles of clean beautiful beach.

Our gorgeous, luxury, non-smoking condo is a one-bedroom/one-bath with upgraded king size bed and includes a sofa bed in the living room.

A fully equipped kitchen offers you name brand Stainless-Steel Appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker and stove with oven, and Granite Counters with solid wood cabinets.

Westwinds luxury condominiums are conveniently located between the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway, sitting directly on Boca Ciega Bay … surrounded by restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and entertainment.

Watch the sunset from the living room, or walk across the street and enjoy the view while walking on the beach. The bedroom's south side window has a beautiful view of the Bay and the Beach.

The Bedroom includes a King Bed, plush linens, and a 32' LED Flat Screen TV, surround yourself in luxurious designer furnishings. The living room features a 42 LCD flat panel TV, a sleeper sofa, and beautiful decor. High speed internet in the unit.

Everything in the unit is up to date, appliances, furniture, dishes, linens, everything. Washer and dryer available in the complex for a small fee. You will have one free assigned/reserved parking spot with your rental.

Enjoy, relax and melt away the stress. Enjoy a swim in the heated waterfront pool, or just relax in the chaise lounges and enjoy the breeze while watching dolphins and manatees swim in the bay. Fish off the dock on the back of the property, just bring your fishing pole! Gas grills are located on property for your convenience.

Even the grocery store is uniquely situated on the bay, Publix is a block by land or sea; don't worry if you forgot the necessities.

You will be a short walk to the many restaurants that offer fresh seafood, outdoor dining, and only 1 mile south of famous Johns Pass. Over one hundred merchants inhabit the Village with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

Decompress after volleyball nationals

Great little place! Clean, comfortable, great location. We came for a few days after my daughter played in AAU volleyball nationals in Orlando. It was a perfect fit for myself and two teenage kiddos! Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect location! Beautiful Property!

Cathy is super responsive and everything was set up for us to just relax and enjoy. Beach chairs, towels, paper items, dish soap, dishes, pans, laundry baskets, just everything! The place is decorated nicely and had everything you need. The property has a great back yard space with dolphin views, fishing, pool. It's also directly across the street from the beach, a 3 minute walk. It's also a short walk to Publix and a few restaurants as well. We loved it here!

We have stayed on this property before and really loved it. It's just so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Having a living room to relax in, really makes a difference. And we stopped at a local grocery store for coffee and breakfast fixings for our mornings. The pool is an extra bonus, with a bay view!

Perfect location

Loved that we were able to look out our bedroom window and to the right was the gulf and left was the intercoastal. Our unit was clean, beautifully decorated and everything worked well. Was well stocked with supplies, beach chairs, towels and cooking items.

Convenient, Clean, Attractive, & Across the street from the Beach...

This condo unit in Treasure Island offered us convenient access to activities, restaurants, and gulf-coast beach (opposite side of the street).What we liked...-Clean and attractive.-Good lighting, A/C, and Wi-Fi.-Nice kitchen.-Stocked with many small items that were convenient to have on-hand.-Convenient access to grocery store.-Beach is beautiful and spacious. Beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler were nice to have.What would have made our stay better...-A portion of the king bed was broken and a bit uncomfortable. Dishwasher was not working. These items were later addressed, thanks to host.-The king bed is firm. Not a problem for me, but was not a favorite for my significant other.-Elevators did not appear to be working (assuming due to storms).Other notes...-We traveled to John's Pass, St. Pete Beach, St. Petersburg (The Pier & downtown), and Tierra Verde (kayak trip). If we had more time, would have enjoyed a bike or bus tour of the area.-You may need a SunPass if you plan to travel where there are tolls (requires activation and minimum deposit). SunPass is available from Publix grocery store, just down the street.We would recommend this place, and certainly stay again. Thank you, Cathy!

Close to Everything Beach

This is an immaculately clean place with a nice layout for a couple or family with one or two small children. It's very close (read: walkable) to beach access, a free trolley bus stop, and, most importantly, a full service grocery store. Cathy was an amazing host and made herself available for any questions or suggestions. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect Condo

We had an amazing time in Treasure Island. The condo had everything we could need. The location was perfect, close to stores and restaurants. Amenities were available to ensure our enjoyment. Pricing was affordable and reasonable. This condo is just plain wonderful. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Wonderful location

This was one of the best locations ever the location was great close to everything. Clean and quiet with a wonderful heated pool right by the waterway. The beach just across the street about 1000 yards to the water. Large beach and thanks for the beach chairs and umbrella.

Electrical Issues

The property is in a great location and the unit was well maintained. However, there were some issues during my visit. Upon my arrival, I parked in my assigned space, went upstairs to see the unit, and my car was gone when I went to unpack some things. Apparently, it had been towed. Eventually, the car was returned to the property at no charge to me. Midway through my visit, we lost electricity on and off for two days, which resulted in no internet, air conditioning and electricity. While it was eventually fixed, the property is quite old and has some issues. This was communicated to me by the president of the HOA. During these events, I was in contact with the owner who was very apologetic and did what she could do. However, these issues were not with her unit but with the overall property. She promised me a refund for one day, but at this point I have not received anything.
