“I had read the reviews and they reflect my experience: it’s a small hotel (less than 30 rooms), with small rooms but we’ll organized. I was traveling solo, so it was ok with me but, if you travel with others, you really need to be intimate as the bathroom is really tiny. Very helpful host and I was also allowed to leave the room one hour later than normal check out. The hotel has a pool but I opted for the beach which is beautiful and literally across the street. “The place is literally a block from the beach. Parking is kinda a hustle as you have city parking by day and then you can find free parking after the sunset. Rooms are mid 90s like suites, nothing new or fancy, but everything served it's purpose. The guy, Jeff I believe, is a one man employee. “Persimmon room- brand new, upgraded, (we had stayed in it prior to renovation) ground floor, immaculate, large king bed was comfy, excellent water pressure in shower, thick, soft towels, perfect location, friendly, efficient staff, we love this Inn- have stayed six previous times and will return soon! Highly recommended. No frills- but everything you need for an excellent beach stay (towels, chairs, cooler, ice, bikes, they even have sunscreen! And FREE parking. Reserve your stay soon! ”
