“I’ve been coming to this golf resort on & off for 20 years. The grounds are beautiful. That said, ppl unfamiliar with the structure of this resort should note that from it’s inception, it has consisted of individually owned condo units that are updated to meet the resort criteria for entry to the hotel pool of units, which in turn are the hotels base of rooms and suites. They are updated within, however the buildings themselves, do indeed date to their building during the 1970s. They are...

“They charge extra to park in the hotel parking lot that isn’t included in your fees originally charged. Apparently it’s on a sign at the hotel that wasn’t pointed out or told when they needed to scan card for the hold that all hotels require. Had to call and ask about the charge and was talked to like I was an idiot for not knowing they changed to park on site. Also water was a struggle took 10 minutes to get hot water”

“Do not stay here. We went for a quick girl's trip and had to move rooms as soon as we got there. Elevator did not work properly and could not access the room safe because the closet door blocked the safe door. We complained and were moved to another room on the second floor. This room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the toilet clogged every time we flushed it. We notified the hotel staff and despite more than two attempts to fix these problems, they were unsuccessful. In addition the...
