“One Desk Clerk, sick as a dog, greeted us. We didn't want any contact. She shouldn't have been there. Room was cold, then too hot. Stinky. Picture shows a Suite (it's in the name). But instead a small, cramped room. TV guide didn't work. Barking, whining dog 2 doors down. Won't return under any circumstances.”

“The hotel was older but was clean. Room was near stairs and clearly heard people talking outside the door. Was still a good experience by could have been better if noise couldn’t come in the room so easily.”

“The room was very clean. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood around the hotel looked a little sketchy with homeless ‘looking’ people walking around the hotel but not on the property. We will stay here again ”

“Housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was poor. Food was ok but ran out quickly and was not replenished. No staff found to request replenishment. Coffee was in lobby only and ran out and was not promptly replenished. Coffee makers in rooms which may account for lack of coffee at breakfast buffet.”

“Staff and facility were excellent. Can’t give it a 5 star review, but not the Hilton’s fault. However the roadway next to our room was unbelievably loud. Obviously we had an outside room and I’m sure many others get less of this but it almost made us leave and look for a new hotel. We stated because the room was very comfortable and the facility was what we were looking for. Lots of interrupted sleep every night though. ”

“We loved our stay at the Arizona Inn. The staff was helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was immaculate, and it was heaven sitting outside under the aromatic orange tree on our private patio. We used the pool almost everyday and it was sparkling clean and had a calm, friendly feel. Sue”

“Honestly, it was just okay. The room was clean, so there's that. But the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff wasn't exactly warm — I asked to have my Bonvoy number added and got what felt like an eye roll. It never ended up on my account either, so that was annoying. There was also a door being repaired during my stay, which wasn't a huge deal but definitely added to the "not quite together" vibe of the property. Breakfast was the lowlight. “Nice stay ”

“The room was HUGE! Everything was clean and comfy. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility. Looks to be ideal for long stays. Our hallway smelled like Indian food, which I loved but my daughter wasn’t a fan. The scent did not follow us into our room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! It was especially a great value for what I paid.”
