THE SPACE
This condo (unit 2104, ground floor) has everything you need to enjoy your vacation: a charming one bedroom, one bath with a bonus sleeper sofa; fully furnished unit that features a large bedroom, kitchen, and living area, with private porch and balcony, wifi and cable provided with flat screen TVs in both living and bedroom.

400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. Photos are representative of the unit - all units are furnished and decorated the same.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Anniversary get away

The location was perfect as we could walk to most restaurants and the pier. Access to the bike trail was really close. We love this area and would stay here again. Only issue was we accidentally parked in someone’s assigned parking spot and he had a nasty attitude. The reserved spot was not well marked.

Cozy little getaway

The property is well-located in a quiet little corner of SSI, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pier and bars. It’s a cozy little apartment with everything you need. I’ve seen others comment, so I will as well…maybe the owner will listen…the parking security light is directly across from this unit, black out shades would go a LONG way! Otherwise, spectacular.

Perfect for me and my husband

Perfect little place for me and my husband. Just wish sofa was more comfortable. Pool area needed to be clean and bathroom looked like it had black mold on the ceiling and bottom outside of shower door. Fridge, dishwasher, dishes, microwave and stove were very clean. Bed sheets were clean but thing under sheets was nasty looking . Great location, quite and easy access to room. Easy to find. Lobby location was not clear.

Great location. Could improve a few things.

Very nice kitchen. Very nice there was a small washer and dryer as well. Best part was def the location. As far as things to improve on, we got there before checkin time so we waited till 4:00. The checkin instruction werent sent till 4:18 which was stressful cause we werent able to reach the property manager via the phone number they provided. Secondly there is no fitted sheet. They said they have a double flat sheet system but without a fitted sheet they dont stay on the bed very good. Lastly there are very transparent curtains and a very bright street light right there. The room was not very dark at night which def impacted both of our sleep.

Nice property, close to the village and pier.

The units are nicely designed with an amazing kitchen. We cook our breakfast and lunch and walk to a dinner spot in the village or footsteps away at the Mellow Mushroom. We watch the tide charts and walk to the beach at low tide. It’s a great place for the kids to use skim boards. We also drove a few minutes down the road to east beach. The pool is very cold, but my son was brave enough to get in for a few minutes. This was our third time staying at 400 Ocean Suites, it has been perfect for us.
