Benvenuti nella vostra casa pulita, accogliente e confortevole lontano da casa. Questo posto molto speciale è stato rinnovato e progettato pensando ai dettagli. Quando si entra nella dimora, la leggerezza e l'attenzione ai dettagli è evidente. Gli arredi sono nuovissimi e progettati per essere apprezzati.
La cucina è ben attrezzata e ha anche elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e splendidi ripiani in quarzo. C'è una scrivania con prese USB proprio fuori dalla cucina. Le camere sono dotate di nuovissimi materassi in memory foam. Accanto a ciascun letto è presente una presa USB per la ricarica del telefono cellulare.
C'è una favolosa doccia esterna proprio fuori dalla porta della cucina laterale. Ha acqua calda e fredda. Inoltre sul lato è una griglia a gas e zona pranzo all'aperto. La spiaggia è a pochi passi in una stradina ombreggiata. Passeggiata molto facile anche con i bambini. Ci sono 5 ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage near the Sea Island golf courses but also blocks from the beautiful beach. Walking distance to great food and drink. Melanie made everything easy even personalized entry code to get make it easy to remember. WellFurniahed and very clean. Will recommend to any headed this way

Well designed piece of property provided a comfortable, safe, and esthetic enjoyment. I actually inquired if the owner had done the deocrating and redesign because it was so well done. We walked to the beach for sunrise and then walked the beach every morning...delightful. Although the street is busy, we never 'heard' the traffic or noticed it once inside. Walking distance to two restaurants some shoppes, beach and if you are a walker to the pier where shopping is. Exploring St Simon's Island was delightful to us. The added bonus was the proximity to Jekyl Island which truly is so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes as we crossed the bridge. The owner of this property is a delight to work with, friendly, not overbearing, easy to work with and a joy. We highly recommend staying here, it is the BEST VRBO we have ever rented and, at a time, when we were growing weary of the entire VRBO concept and disappointment of services...We do wish that this concept did not have such an adverse impact on affordable housing... Again, this property kept my husband and I each well relaxed and gave us such ease of getting everywhere....Thank You.

We stayed here to attend our week-long family reunion close by. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very convenient to the beach as well as several restaurants which are a 2 minute walk away. The unit is very comfortable. We had one minor glitch which the owners addressed promptly. We would easily stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Tidewater (both sides) for 5 weeks to escape Canadian winter. What a gem of a property! It is comfortable, functional, quiet, well-located and beautifully decorated. Melanie and Ed are wonderful hosts; incredibly responsive and available at a moment's notice to deal with any questions or concerns. A few things really stood out for us. The space is perfect for a long stay with modern appliances, lots of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc., great storage, modern bathrooms, a wonderful open and bright living/eating area and incredibly comfortable beds. Despite being on a major street, it's very quiet, day and night. And the location is fabulous! It's an easy walk to Pier Village (20 minutes), there are lots of amenities (shops, a resort, restaurants, yoga studio, etc) a stone's throw from the property and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return.

Wonderful location, walking distance to the best the island has to offer. Very clean, well furnished and decorated. Truly felt like we were staying in a beach house. The owner was exceptionally receptive to questions (best food, things to do, etc.) and response to our every need. Great place to stay for those looking to experience the island by just walking out the front door!

Stayed here for a long weekend. So clean upon our arrival, great location (5 min stroll to beach is accurate, restaurants/shopping close by, check-in/check-out was a breeze). We plan to come back next summer (if not before) to this rental. Thanks Melanie for providing this little gem for others to enjoy.

Perfect place to stay on Ocean Blvd! Have rented multiple places on the island and this bar far is the best! So cute on the inside and outside. The property was very clean, a great layout for 4 adults and had all the amenities needed. For a duplex on a busy road it was very quiet and cozy. Location was great for walking to restaurants and beach access. Will definitely be returning to this rental!
