Ogni giorno in spiaggia è una buona giornata. Seas the Day!

La nostra casa si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia o da alcuni ristoranti preferiti locali. Al piano superiore si trova la camera da letto principale con una zona salotto e accesso al balcone coperto da una quercia viva con pozzo del fuoco all'aperto. La camera degli ospiti 1 ha un letto matrimoniale, una culla e una TV, la camera degli ospiti 2 ha due letti singoli e una TV, la camera degli ospiti 3 non è una camera da letto completa, ma ha un letto a castello e un letto per ragazzi. Tutte le camere degli ospiti condividono un bagno hall con doccia combo / vasca. Al piano inferiore c'è un bagno completo con solo doccia. C'è abbastanza camera da letto per 6 adulti con 3 bambini. Abbiamo anche fornito un letto aggiuntivo per un ospite aggiuntivo. Il parcheggio è limitato a due auto di dimensioni tipiche o tre piccoli veicoli. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, forno elettrico, piano cottura, tostapane, frullatore, utensili e macchina per caffè americano. Vi è una grande camera familiare con grande TV e biliardino aperto sulla zona pranzo. C'è una zona Den e cucina separata dalla cucina.

Lovely Home in a perfect location with great amenities!

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, close to the beach and to several of our favorite restaurants. The large kitchen was wonderful & had all the pots/pans/etc we needed to prepare some meals. The family loved the air hockey table, playing the Wii, doing puzzles around the dining table, and playing guitar on the screened in porch. We'd love to come back when it's not so hot and enjoy more time in the lovely outdoor spaces. Bedrooms & bathrooms were nice. So great having the crib for our grand baby too!

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Seas the Day was a PERFECT vacation home for my family. Our adult kids and spouses, and our adult single kids traveled from Ohio, California, and Jacksonville, FL to meet for an incredible reunion at the beach. We were a party of 8 adults and one toddler. The house was beautiful and so spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of sitting space to be all together. We cooked together, played games and shared lots of memories and great laughs. The house is updated and so comfortable. The hosts have stocked it with all essentials. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. It just doesn’t get much better! We hope to make this an annual event at Seas the Day!

Fine, but there was some miscommunication with the property management about the rental and check in instructions. We had to do more than than our last experiences with using VRBO.

Spacious Rooms and Near Shops & Beach

We were a family of six with four young adults visiting GA for a family wedding. The house has a great flow and layout. All bedrooms are upstairs and the living areas with kitchen are on the first floor. There is a cozy enclosed porch with plenty of seating. A large living room with comfy furniture and an air hockey table (lots of fun). Plenty of seating and prep room in the kitchen area. Beautiful balcony off the primary bedroom. The house has a warm welcoming feel. It is also near shops and the beach which makes for a great location. The house has a nice pebbled space for parking off the street for one to two cars. I highly recommend this home as a rental; it's a very accommodating space for a large group.

Great Beach Home!

Extremely convenient to everything and only a block from the beach. Nice courtyard was perfect for nightly family cornhole games and porches were lovely for coffee drinking and morning yoga. We are glad that we stayed there :-)

Family wedding

Our whole family stayed here for a wedding at King and Prince. It was a perfect location and house for the weekend. Several showers and lots of warm water for us all to get ready. The house was very clean. Only thing we weren't crazy about was the hard beds but they didnt deter from the house being a great place to stay.

Great location, fantastic property owners

My husband and I, my husband’s brother and sister-in-law and her sister really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach and close to the Village. Backing up to the brewery was a bonus. Weather was rainy and cold (to be expected in February). Will definitely be back and recommend this house.

Great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Check in was very easy, as was check out. The house was clean, well stocked (kitchen) and well represented online. It was in an ideal location- 2 blocks to the beach and 1 mile from the main village. Shopping for groceries was close enough. Nothing negative to say! Thanks so much!

Great House and Great Location

This property is great. Close to everything and less than a 2 min walk to the beach. Owner checked-in with me to ensure everything was going well. Nice to be treated right. I'd recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area. House has lots of space and nice furnishings.

Phenomenal experience at St Simons!

We loved our stay! This gorgeous home is located a block from the Crab Trap, the King & Prince, and the beach. The drive to the pier was only a few minutes. Our large extended family had plenty of room and felt very comfortable in the home. We could not have been more pleased! We will be back for sure!

Great interior and exterior spaces- great location!

We loved the house- foosball table inside and we brought cornhole for the courtyard. Spacious master bed and bath, lovely kitchen, well stocked. Great conversation/game spaces in beautiful family room.
