Offering 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the Atlantic Cottage will allow guests to put their toes in the sand after a convenient 200-step walk to the beach access at the end of the street.
From ocean front and marsh front restaurants, coffee shops, general stores, and even a brewery, St. Simons Island's most popular restaurants and necessity stores are just minutes away from the cottage.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (9 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc., are strictly prohibited.

The first-floor open-concept floor plan is the perfect gathering spot for guests to prepare and enjoy meals as well as relax in the living room in front of the 72" HD Smart TV. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 available at the kitchen island. Watch the game, gather for a family movie night, or catch your favorite streaming shows!

Located near the kitchen is a wet bar with its own ice machine. The private screened back porch off of the living room offers guests another inviting space to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while overlooking the private backyard oasis and pool (7x18) that can be heated upon request ($45/night). For added comfort and entertainment, the porch also features its own TV, perfect for catching a game outdoors or winding down with a movie under the evening breeze.

The private pool area is professionally landscaped with tropical vegetation and is the perfect spot to relax and escape into island time. The outdoor shower is the perfect place to rinse off after a great day at the beach. The first-floor living area also includes a sitting area where guests can escape for a little quiet time. Also located on the first floor is a half bathroom and laundry room with a front loader washer and dryer.

The Primary Bedroom Suite is located on the first floor and is a spacious escape offering guests a comfy king bed as well as an HD Smart TV and views of the pool and backyard space. The large primary bathroom has double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.

Guests will find three guest bedrooms on the second level, as well as another sitting area located at the top of the stairs. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with an HD Smart TV and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The second guest bedroom offers a king bed with an HD Smart TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Bunk Room has twin bunk beds with a trundle underneath as well as an HD Smart TV. There is also a chair that converts into a twin sleeper, and the Bunk Room shares a full bathroom with the two other upstairs bedrooms.
