  • Questa casa unica vanta una piscina privata di 12 x 23 e tre portici generosi con viste meravigliose, tra cui panorami a sud e ovest dei compagni Golden Isles - Jekyll, e il leggendario appello sulla barriera di Cumberland e oceano, oceano ovunque. Il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, la cucina, la camera da letto principale, hanno tutte quelle favolose viste sull'oceano e soffitti ariosi da 10 '. Il maestro è al primo piano, nascosto nell'angolo sud-est della casa con le sue belle vedute attraverso il portico, letto king size, due armadi walk-in e grande, bagno rinnovato con nuova vasca a getto d'aria e doccia. Oltre alle viste mozzafiato e all'ottima posizione, proprio in fondo alla strada dal King e Prince Hotel, e vicino al villaggio, c'è l'accesso alla spiaggia direttamente di fronte alla 5th Street. East Beach, un'ampia spiaggia piena di dune, è un comodo giro in bicicletta oa piedi. We absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Gift! Beautiful home! Closer to the beach than we expected! Communication with the property manager was great! House was clean and well equipped, other than needing more towels. Wonderful experience overall and we hope to return!

The house is in an ideal location across from the beach and within walking distance to the village and nearby restaurants. It is equipped with everything that you would find in a typical home, especially the kitchen. The backyard pool is also a plus with children as well as having a washer and dryer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love the location of this house and the fact that it allows pets. The house is expensive to rent but due to those facts, we continue to rent. We do believe it could benefit from a few updates or changes. here are some of our recommendations:The shower in the upstairs southernmost bedroom bathroom does not drain, I think we mentioned this last year but this year it was even worse. You take a shower and end up in ankle deep water that does not drain. The pool was rather dirty when we got there and was not serviced during our week long stay. The downstairs rec room really has a mildew type odor. We tried to run the AC down there but it did not really help. Overall, I think the cottage could use some updating in furniture, new pillows, and kitchen counter tops. A Kuerig coffee maker in the kitchen would be nice also. Would love to see the owner get an updated tv for the family room and possibly move it for better viewing (over the mantle would be perfect).

The rental house is great; the fourth year we have stayed in the same house and plan to return next year. The management staff is very responsive if there are issues, but really that is very rare. The house is always clean and well stocked with starter essentials like paper towels and toilet tissue.

We enjoyed the front porch immensely!The only suggestions I would make to make the experience even better would be:Plumber work on shower in upstairs bedroom (one with attached bathroom). The only complaint I have is that garbage pickup schedule makes it difficult when the bin is filled from prior guests the Saturday we arrive. I know this is probably city scheduling and can't be changed. This is absolutely the only thing I would change if I could.
