This 6-bed, 5-bath oceanfront property is designed to welcome up to 12 guests at a time. Newly renovated in 2022 and 2023, this vintage East Beach cottage was completely remodeled with a brand new chef's kitchen and all new bathrooms. The large backyard and 35 X 12 pool (can be heated upon request for $45/day) is the perfect outdoor space year round!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The cottage has two sets of washer and dryers in the laundry room
Some of St. Simons' beaches are not accessible during mid/high tides. You will always have plenty of beach in front of the Vitamin Sea Cottage... high tide, low tide, any tide!
