Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this exceptional vacation townhome located minutes from sparkling beaches, enticing village restaurants and sunsets on the pier. Courtyard Villa is a well-loved condominium complex located at the south-end of the island.

This attractive, completely updated, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is located in Courtyard Villa complex, near the beach, “The Village” and pier. Walk down towards the village area and you will find a great public park with tennis, basketball courts, baseball fields and a children's playground.

Courtyard Villa B-4 has a bright, fully equipped, modern kitchen with a counter looking into the dining and living room. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a back door to a private patio. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably and there is ample counter space and bar stools for your morning coffee. There is a half bath located off of the foyer.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed and television. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed. A full modernized bathroom serves both bedrooms.

TVs are smart TVs with streaming capabilities. No streaming service is provided, you must have your own account.

Courtyard Villa has a large community pool with Wi-Fi accessibility (open seasonally).

Not Clean/Pool Closed

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I have to be truthful. We have been renting with VRBO for a few years and this is the first one that I had to leave a bad review. The property was not clean. Both bathrooms had mold/mildew around faucet washers in sink, around knob in tub and around the hand held shower nozzle. Not sure the floors had been cleaned prior to our visit as there were food wrappers under the beds along with personal belongings from prior renters. The baseboards had not been cleaned in a while. The couch looked like it had been slept on, as the couch cover was a mess when we arrived. We were also very disappointed that the pool was closed the entire time we were there. It would have been nice to take a dip to cool off from the hot days. Would not recommend this rental.

Great Location!!

This property is conveniently located for everything on St. Simons Island. You can walk or bike everywhere! Nice, quiet setting. We would go back.
