East Beach Home w Marsh Views and Pool | Sleeps 10

Welcome to Via Serena, a thoughtfully designed East Beach home offering marsh views, coastal comfort, and easy access to the beach and village. Located just over a block from 11th Street Public Beach Access, this home provides the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.

Via Serena comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is ideal for families or groups traveling together. The home features a flexible layout with bedrooms on both levels, all with private ensuite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy.

The main floor includes a king bedroom with a handicap-accessible ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a primary king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an additional king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a dual twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy peaceful marsh views, relax by the private heated pool, or take advantage of the bikes and beach gear provided for exploring the island. The home is just minutes from the village area, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Parking is available on the property for up to three vehicles. Please do not park on the grass along Ocean Road near the front gate, as this creates a safety hazard. The host is not responsible for locating overflow parking.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Online check-in is required prior to arrival. Guests must complete a rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold through our secure web-based system, Happy Guest. This process is quick, mobile-friendly, and required in order to receive arrival instructions. Failure to complete the check-in process may result in cancellation without refund.

Guests will also receive a personalized digital guidebook with helpful home details, local recommendations, early check-in notifications when available, and occasional late checkout opportunities. The guidebook can be shared with friends and family for easy trip planning.
