This rental was perfect for our family gathering -- three couples and one child. The house was located perfectly, with an easy walk to the pier area and restaurants (which saved time from having to hunt for a parking spot)! The backyard was great, and we loved the pool. We even grilled out, and the charcoal grill was pretty clean for use.The interior of this rental was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with essentials. Most notably, the kitchen knives are actually sharp for food prep. We appreciated that the kitchen items were plentiful instead of the bare basics. We can tell that the owners enjoy this space too, which makes a difference! The bedrooms were tastefully decorated for beach life, and the front bedroom's mattress was very comfortable. We liked that each room had its own bathroom, so no one was fighting over showers or privacy.Our family definitely recommends this home for renters who want to balance in-town activities with a central hang-out spot to spend time together.
