Posizione! Posizione! Posizione! Ristrutturato di recente dentro e fuori! Questo affascinante cottage sulla spiaggia si trova in una strada molto tranquilla fiancheggiata da splendide querce e palme incantevoli, a un isolato dalla spiaggia e dai rinomati ristoranti Crab Trap e Crabdaddys. È una breve passeggiata per il St. Molo dell'isola di Simons, nonché la stazione della guardia costiera vecchia e East Beach.

Questo cottage unico è stato appena ristrutturato e ridecorato con opere d'arte e presenta splendide pareti di navi, travi in legno a vista e nuovi pavimenti in tutto! La cucina è stata revisionata e presenta ripiani in quarzo e un lavandino di fattoria italiano.

Il soggiorno dispone di una nuovissima smart TV a schermo piatto da 50 "montata a parete e di ampi posti a sedere per tutti. Fuori dal soggiorno c'è un ponte per rilassarsi e sentire la brezza dell'oceano.

L'unità vanta due camere da letto con un letto king size e l'altra è una regina con armadi di dimensioni generose. Tra le due camere da letto c'è un bagno completo e una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e un sacco di spazio per scaffali.

Location, privacy, walk to beach

This end of SSI is our favorite — 3 minute walk to beach & a few restaurants from this super quiet, tucked away street. This rental is renovated inside despite an older facade. Everything clean & tidy. Comfy beds, good shower water-pressure, plenty of beach chairs, and a responsive host. Stairs are only access so don’t overload your suitcase!

Beautiful and convenient!

I and some friends stayed here for a weekend and it is exactly as the pictures show. It’s a cozy apartment with plenty of room, all the amenities we needed, and very close to the beach. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes down a shaded side street - so convenient. It was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. Our host, Ryan, was quick to respond to anything we needed and a breeze to work with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back! :)

Beautiful Location

Perfect location for my Husband and I. The beach is so close, and absolutely beautiful.We had an event to go to at the King and Prince, our walk was 3 min. So convenient.True historical charm, with updates, and everything you need.

Relaxation on SSI

The property was as advertised and very clean and well stocked. Access to beach and surrounding areas was perfect and easily walked to. Bike rental close by if needed. Communication with manager was effortless; very supportive and easily accessible. A return trip is definitely in the works.

Girl's Trip

We had a great stay! Property is a three minute walk from the beach and there are beach chairs, an umbrella and towels all provided which was a huge plus for us! The home is conveniently located near lots of restaurants. We would definitely recommend!

Overall it was a very great experience. However, there was a neighbor directly in the back of the property who was partying and very loud music until 4:00 a.m. one evening that caused me to stay awake. However it was not the fault of our host. I was not sure if I should call the police or not; I did not.

Perfect 2 Weeks

Super clean, cheerful second-floor 2-bedroom home a block from the beach, with restaurants 1/4 mile in one direction and half a mile in the other. Had absolutely everything we needed: well-stocked kitchen, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. Ryan was available within a few minutes for any questions we had about the area. Would definitely stay again!

Calm, clean, comfortable oasis!

Very well-fitted out second floor beach house only two short blocks from the water. Walking to the beach is easy and safe. Beautiful tree-filled, dead end street with nice neighbors is very quiet for sleeping. I stayed for about 1 1/2 weeks while working a project about 20 minutes away in nearby Brunswick. Travel on/off the island is simple from this home. Kitchen has all the appliances, cooking tools and extras to make meal prep a breeze. Ryan is an excellent host and his attention to detail really shows. Highly recommended for 1-2 couples or a small family looking to enjoy a stay on Saint Simons Island!

Awesome place to stay!

We stayed in this condo for two weeks and were VERY pleased with the accommodations! I am a bit of a neat freak and noticed the cleanliness right away. I also noticed all of the little touches that made our stay that much more enjoyable like multiple charging stations, coffee filters (which I always forget to pack!), little soaps and shampoo, tons of towels, and more. The kitchen was very well stocked and the washer/dryer units were a great help. The location (just 3 blocks from the beach) was perfect and also close to several restaurants. The manager, Ryan, was very helpful and kind when we had an issue that needed to be addressed. We felt well taken care of and will definitely rent this condo again.
