Questa villa recentemente ristrutturata con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni con vista sull'oceano è il luogo perfetto per la vostra prossima vacanza. Questa deliziosa proprietà vi accoglie con una cucina completamente attrezzata e ben attrezzata, una spaziosa e confortevole zona soggiorno e splendide viste sull'oceano. Due delle tre ampie camere dispongono di letti king size, l'altra camera offre due letti singoli. Gli ospiti hanno accesso a tutti i servizi del King and Prince Resort, tra cui piscine, campi da tennis e centro fitness. La piscina principale King & Prince è riscaldata nei mesi più freddi. Perfect place to share memories

We planned a family vacation. We used to travel to St. Simon’s Island for years. Wanted to bring my grandchildren. We all loved the King and Prince Resort.

Comfortable Condo with Easy Beach Access

Comfortable and nicely furnished condo. Kitchen was a little tight but well stocked. Can’t beat the beach access and having the K&P pool and bar right next door. Really enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous Condo. Perfect Location.

Karen was a wonderful host. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. This was our 4th visit to SSI and we always stay at K&P, and this condo was by far the best. Thank you for a wonderful vacation with my family.

Wonderful property

We had the best time in St. Simons! The condo was a perfect spot for our family. It was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was a lovely addition and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the walk to the beach was easy. Thank you for everything — we will be back!

Perfect location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with 3 tween/teens. The pools, hot tub, hotel restaurants and beach are a two minute walk away. The kids loved walking to the village and playing Pickleball off site. We will be back!

Of all the condo’s we have ever rented and we rent quite often, this condo is so well decorated and when you enter, you immediately feel a sense of serenity and peace! Lovely 3 bedroom condo in South Villas at King and Prince. Great ocean views from large 3rd floor balcony. Nice seating in living area. Kitchen was outfitted nicely with everything needed to snack and cook.

Beautiful property

The condo is just as pictured, beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and linens were superb. This was our first visit to the King and Prince resort and we loved it! It’s perfect for kids of all ages and adults as well. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The view from the condo was perfect. We would love to return!

wonderful!!

We had a wonderful week! Tremendous to be able to all stay together in one unit! Well supplied kitchen, comfortable mattresses (I need details on these please as they were more comfortable than what I have at home!!), nice height on the master bed, secure door locks (easy for everyone to come and go as they needed), plush towels, clean clean clean everywhere, updated outlets with usb built in, great water pressure in the showers (always important to my husband!!), kid friendly, comfortable lounge chairs on porch, easy check in, ample parking for our large group, nice tv selections, great resort accommodations (pool, clay tennis court, hot tub, easy beach access, restaurant, etc.)---all worked to keep a varied group of folks active and relaxed! A great vacation!!

Hurricane

Lost power from hurricane. We’re unable to use anything in the condo or around the property. Had to leave a few days early because of evacuation and most likely will not be refunded anything. Property was nice but got extremely hot without power.

Friends Gathering at SSI 2022

Imagine you and your best friends gathering on a balcony with your coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise. Got it? That's one of the lovely aspects of staying in this St. Simon's condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and had many wonderful amenities - including a welcoming bottle of wine! As a member of King and Prince, it is lovely to get all the benefits of the King and Prince property while being able to have the security and convenience of booking through VRBO and having available communication with the owner. We needed this when we arrived because we had some problems getting in the door initially (completely user error!) and the owner was very quick to respond and get us back on track. The unit was very clean and all the furnishings were lovely and in good shape. She also left lots of local information and gave her own personal recommendations for dining and activities, which was appreciated! We would definitely re-book here for a future stay!

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean view

The condo was beautiful! It was very clean and close to the pool and the beach. The ocean view from the main balcony was gorgeous- our parents (mid eighties) enjoyed sitting and watching the ocean every day. We would rate the condo 4.5 stars. The only negatives about the condo are 1) curtains in the bedrooms do not block the morning light so if you like the room to be dark and don’t like to be up at 6 am with the light then you will be disappointed 2) the second king bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable 3) the second bath with king bed was extremely small (only one person could fit in there at a time). We still loved the condo and would stay there again despite those negatives. The King and Prince Resort was very nice except for 1) we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and the emergency call button was out of service, luckily the elevator started again after a few minutes) and 2) beach access was extremely difficult, especially for our elderly parents, since the stairs leading from the resort the beach ended in about 2 feet of murky water on most days- we had to use stairs at far end of property or wade through several inches water if we wanted beach access. The resort was great In that they would pick up my father in a golf cart and take him to sit at the pool since he was on a walker. That was a bonus and my parents were very appreciate. We loved our time there and would definiy go back!
