Questo accogliente condominio con 1 camera da letto ha la migliore vista sul balcone. Godrai della posizione dell'isola del sud vicino a molti negozi e ristoranti. Puoi facilmente raggiungere a piedi il Neptune Park, il molo, i negozi e ottimi ristoranti. Di solito c'è un posto dove suonare musica dal vivo nei fine settimana! Il master ha un letto king size e il soggiorno ha un divano letto. L'unità è dotata di arredi e wifi affidabile. Accesso a campi da tennis, 2 piscine (1 riscaldata), servizio lavanderia (a gettoni), ping pong, centro fitness, parco giochi, lago privato coperto di calce e include UTILIZZO DI 2 BICI (Beach Cruisers.)

The complex was really easy to get to. Our GPS took us straight there. This is the very first building when you turn in too so access was easy as well. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked fantastic and the hot water was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked for a short stay and had everything we needed. The view is splendid and the pool is very nice as well. The bed and pull out couch were also both very comfortable. Overall a very well maintained rental and we hope to be able to stay here in the future because it had easy access to getting to the beach and pier.

Island Getaway

Great place to stay for a night. We didn’t stay in the unit much except to shower and sleep, but it was clean and in a good area. Communication was fantastic. Would stay again.

Wonderful Three Weeks

This was our 3rd time at Ocean Walk and our first time in this unit. We loved it. The best things about this particular condo are: Dave, the host. He was attentive, responsive, and very caring. The balcony, the view was wonderful, always something to see. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The location, a very easy walk to town. We rented bikes from Dave and he has a lot from which to choose so there should be something for everyone. As others have said, the condo does need some TLC but nothing major. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

Exactly what we needed

Loved this place. Comfortable bed and couch and loved the view—especially at night. If I could give the host ten stars, I would, as he was all about making our stay the best. If I had a question it was answered within minutes. Found lots to do in the area with pickleball and restaurants leading the list! Great beach nearby. Hope to get back here soon, and will rebook this property!

Relaxation Get Away

We wanted a couple relaxing days away from it all. That is what we found during our Pool View stay. Comfortable bed, relaxing pool, walking distance to a variety of good food, shopping, parks, and beautiful pier view.

St. Simons

We had the best experience despite Hurricane Debby. The host, Dave, was quick to respond to our needs to extend the trip due to the storm. We were extremely grateful for Dave’s hospitality. The condo was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. We will be back often. Thanks again!!

Extremely relaxing condo

1.condo was spotless 2. Air conditioning was perfect! 3. King size bed nice & firm 4. Second floor.. very quiet! 5. Parking easy… we parked only feet away from entrance. 6. Kitchen was stocked well. 7. Bathroom was fine, would have loved a handrail by shower. ( for seniors) 8. Condo needs outlets for charging your phones & I pads. Not enough outlets. 9. Lovely porch facing the pool. In the mornings half is in shade. Enjoyed the mornings& evenings. 10. The condo is right in front of complex. Very easy for walking down to St Simon Village. So many great restaurants! The Little Birds great for breakfast!!! The Porch has fantastic chicken tenders, coleslaw, fries!!! 11. The condo is very bright & cheerful!!!! We will be back again.❤️

The place was perfect for us two. Great location, all the interior necessities and a great pool view. I use many travel platforms but this one stands out. I created a problem with my stay and notified the owner of my mistake. He treated me like I was family and his kindness improved my vacation. Most vacation rentals have necessities but the owner set this unit above any comparables. This pool view unit will be my FIRST choice when I return.

Mini Vacation

This is the second time at this property and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable with nice view of the pool. Close to the shops and restaurants, walkable if you enjoy a semi-long walk. The heated pool is a real plus for spring or fall stays. This will always be our go to place on the island.

Pleasant, well-located place. Quiet neighbors. Short walk to the restaurants downtown. Bike paths are abundant. Always nice to get back to St. Simons.

Everything was just as shown in the listing. I found it to be very clean and although it is apparent it is an older condo and could use a few updates it was definitely clean and sufficient for a nice stay. The pool view was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. I rented the bikes and found them to be in good working order and easy to access. Thanks for a nice stay!

We needed a safe and clean place to stay for the night. This was a great location close to the pier. There are so many good places to eat and shop making this the perfect place for us.Having coffee, creamer and sweeteners there was a very nice touch.Communication with the owner and instructions were excellent. The property was just as described. Easy to find. The owners were easy to get in contact with when we had any questions. They provided everything we needed. A nice peaceful neighborhood, close to the pier and all the shops and dining areas. Will definitely be booking here again.

Lovely Stay
