The Space:

As you step inside this charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home, you'll immediately be greeted by an inviting atmosphere. The spacious interior features two cozy bedrooms, each adorned with a comfortable queen-sized bed. With two full bathrooms and an additional half-bath, you'll enjoy all the convenience and privacy you need for a rejuvenating stay.



The open living area boasts a desk and chair, making it an ideal space for those who need to catch up on work or simply want to indulge in a little reading. The living room opens up to a beautiful balcony that overlooks the manicured greens of the adjacent golf course and a tranquil lagoon. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, this balcony will be your favorite spot to unwind and take in the picturesque views. There is also an electric fireplace.



The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare delicious meals or simply sip on a glass of wine as you chat with friends or family.

For those moments of relaxation, you'll find an array of board games, perfect for spending quality time with friends and family.

If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.



Please note:



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Pets should be under 40lbs as per HOA. No Cats.



The golf course and resort restaurant are open to the public. There is no pool access.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 21 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
