We are conveniently located close to the Village area and walking distance to some of St. Simons most popular attractions and restaurants. Unit B, has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and an outdoor shower. Our adorable townhome has been freshly painted and added new furnishings.

Bathroom 3 – Main living level, half bath at entry

Fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 and comfortable family room (TV) leading to the fenced in courtyard, with a gas grill and outdoor shower.

Parking for 2 cars.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
