Tucked behind a private gate in the East Beach neighborhood of St. Simons Island, this beautifully updated three-story coastal townhome puts you close to the sand without the resort crowds. Inside, you'll find a light, airy interior with a chef-ready kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, and multiple private outdoor spaces — including a primary suite balcony and a rooftop deck with treetop views toward the marsh. It's an easy walk to the beach and around the corner from island favorites like Crabdaddy's and The Crab Trap, with the shops, restaurants, and lighthouse of St. Simons Village just a short drive away. FLETC TDY welcome. This home requires a minimum 90 day stay with a maximimum 120 day stay.



The Space:

Living & Dining The main living area centers on a stacked-stone gas fireplace with a mounted TV above and a wood mantel, flanked by comfortable seating for the whole group. Wide windows and a sliding glass door frame views of the live oak canopy outside. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with white shaker cabinetry, brushed-gold hardware, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator and gas range. A round dining table with woven seagrass chairs seats six beneath a rattan pendant light, just steps from the screened, ceiling-fan-cooled covered porch — a favorite spot for morning coffee.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms The primary suite is a true retreat, with a vaulted ceiling, its own gas fireplace and TV, a separate sitting area, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a marble-look vanity. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, coastal-blue accents, and access to its own private balcony. The third bedroom is turnkey for kids or friends, with two twin beds and playful crab, turtle, and seahorse decor. A full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves the additional bedrooms.



Outdoor Space Beyond the covered porch, guests have access to a private rooftop deck — the perfect place to watch the sunset from the hammock or the Adirondack chairs, with views over the treetops toward the marsh and coastline. An in-unit stacked washer and dryer is tucked into a laundry closet on the main level for longer stays.



Parking A private carport is available on-site behind the community's gated entrance.

There is a $1,500 refundable security deposit required to rent this home.



Pack N Plays, high chairs and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including the covered porch, private balconies, rooftop deck, and gated carport parking.



The Neighborhood:

Residential, gated neighborhood right on Massengale Beach. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and The King and Prince.
