The Ocean Walk complex offers 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, playground, Clubhouse with workout room, business office and laundry facility. The setting is enhanced by a lovely small lake with a variety of ducks and turtles. There are walking paths throughout the complex. Easy stroll to the pier village with an abundance of great restaurants and shops. This condo has received great reviews from previous guests when it was hosted by a property management company. I take personal interest in the condo. Cleanliness is very important to me as I'm sure it is to you. Please be aware that if you plan to bring a pet - only 1 pet allowed- under 50 lbs and there is a $50 pet deposit- you should be able to see it with the booking information.
