Welcoming Home with Golf Course View, High-Speed WiFi, and Central AC

Prepare to make wonderful memories at this spacious home! Stylish touches throughout set the tone for a vacation - the lovely golf course view doesn't hurt! Unwind in restful bedrooms and comfortable sitting rooms, all cooled by central air conditioning. Younger guests can enjoy relaxing in the loft space with board games, and an Xbox. But everyone can join in on the ground floor game room, with a foosball table, shuffleboard, and a flatscreen TV. Recline on the hanging swings, or cook up something tasty on the private gas grill. Two floors of decks are perfect for gathering together any time of day. If anyone needs to work from home, a desk workspace and a wireless printer are available for your use. But the cooks of the group will adore the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a prep island, extensive stone countertops (which seat four guests on one side as a breakfast bar), a smart fridge, and useful small appliances like an ice cream maker. There's plenty to enjoy at this lovely home built for creating memories.

What's nearby:
The property sits on the seventh hole of the King and Prince Golf Course, offering lovely views and just a short walk (just over half a mile) to the beginning of the course. If you're craving a local meal after nine holes, there are lots of local options. Just look up the Golden Isles Culinary Trail to see what treasure is near you! For beach fans, this property is 13 miles from East Beach and just over 13 miles from Gould's Inlet. Divers will enjoy Gray's Reef, as well as many artificial reefs built around sunken ships located throughout the area. Plus, Hampton Marina, Fort Frederica, Cannon's Point Preserve, and The Stables at Frederica are all great attractions nearby!

The house was great! It had plenty of room and lots of amenities in the kitchen. The only issues were the loft bed did not have any blankets and the third full bedroom was in the garage. The pictures were accurate but the location away from the other rooms was not clearly noted. Our teens stayed in the garage room but the door didn’t close all the way. Besides these things we really enjoyed this location.

Just what I needed!

I have been working too many hours and was told to take some time off immediately. I knew it had to be near the ocean, so I chose St. Simons since we had never stayed in that area. Looking at last minute rentals, I almost chose a much smaller house in the heart of everything but, as I zoomed out on the map, I noticed this rental in what appeared to be a quieter location and for the same nightly price. This home is lovely and sits right on hole 6 I believe. Everything in the home appeared brand new and we all enjoyed our week-long stay. I highly recommend this place for couples or families looking for some peace and quiet while still only 20 minutes from the main beaches.

An adult or family retreat home

I wanted to stay in a home that would meet my family of five needs. I could not ask for better home, location great, spacious living/kitchen area, large comfortable beds, and a fun game room for all to enjoy. The back porch area so was a place where you could read, have coffee, or just take in the view early in the morning. I would certainly rent this home again.

Great family getaway location

The house was great where everyone had their own bed and bath. The elevator came in very handy for our older family members so they didnt miss out on any fun. The house was not that close to dining and such but that was Ok with us. I would stay there again.
