“We had a lovely and comfortable stay in this well-located house. Even though I missed the check-in time details, Lisa was extremely accommodating and gave us a very warm welcome. She also recommended some great places to eat and visit, which we really appreciated. We would happily stay here again.”

“Plenty of free off street parking. Great atmosphere in the pub. Everyone was super friendly and the staff were great. Food was amazing. So glad we stopped here. ”

“Local amenities were for for purpose. It's a student-orientated area with a large supermarket 3 minutes away. Ideal for picking anything up you might need.”

“The room was clean and funky in terms of decoration which we liked. We hadn't realised that it was not a bathroom ensuit but shared one with three other rooms, but this was also very clean and luckily we were the only occupied room for the night we spent there. The staff were friendly and as we had to leave early the next morning kindly laid on a breakfast bap for us at 7am. An excellent setting next to the river and ideally suited for a short trip into Bath.”

“Es gab bei Ankunft Unstimmigkeiten, da im Hotel nicht bekannt war, daß die Buchung bereits bezahlt war. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich dem aber sehr angenommen und konnte dies klären. Die Betten waren sehr gut! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vom Frühstück passte auch.”

“Nice hotel next to Temple Meads station and 20 minutes from city center. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. I just have to say that the air conditioner was a bit too loud. ”

“Tre piacevoli notti. Camera ampia e spaziosa. Un bagno gigante con doccia enorme e vasca free standing. Hotel ricercato e non banale. Accogliente sala per la colazione con Un gustoso Buffett e se scegliete la versione completa anche un ricco menù alla carta con piatti preparati caldi al momento. Personale gentile e disponibile. “The AC was effective and highly valued during a period of hot weather. The hotel skilfully combines a luxury feel with some rustic and quirky features. The only real issue is the lack of clothes space in the room - one hanging pole with 6 hangers. No other storage space for anything at all, so you have to keep much in your suitcase (I was there for 6 days and this just does not make sense wjen so much floor space). The signature metal square racks on the wall seem very much about style over...

“Tutto stupendo: Siamo state accolte da personale super gentile che ha reso la permanenza un vero piacere. La colazione ottima, con una buona varietà e una qualità dei prodotti ottima. La camera ampia e curata nei dettagli, con acqua, bibite, tisane e snack a disposizione. Il bagno davvero grande, con vasca e doccia separate e tutti gli accessori di cui si può aver bisogno. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Che dire davvero un soggiorno stupendo!! Unica cosa che aggiungerei...
