“Such a lovely place to stay & perfect for a base to get in & out of Bath centre on the park & ride in Newbridge. Great sleep & best full English breakfast. First night we had dinner & dessert off the menu which was A*. However, after eating in Bath the second night we didn’t want much & had cheesy chips of the starter menu which were top notch. Staff were all really friendly & helpful. All been there for years! Highly recommend & we will go back.”

“Tutto stupendo: Siamo state accolte da personale super gentile che ha reso la permanenza un vero piacere. La colazione ottima, con una buona varietà e una qualità dei prodotti ottima. La camera ampia e curata nei dettagli, con acqua, bibite, tisane e snack a disposizione. Il bagno davvero grande, con vasca e doccia separate e tutti gli accessori di cui si può aver bisogno. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Che dire davvero un soggiorno stupendo!! Unica cosa che aggiungerei...

“Very friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms, and an absolutely gorgeous railway carriage restaurant for a delicious (and not overly expensive) evening meal.”

“Friendly staff, clean large room, fridge with water and milk for tea and coffee (provided). We had breakfast in the room, due to early breakfast.”

“Room was on the smaller side but had everything needed. Bathroom was huge with a bath which was nice but no way to control the room temperature which was on the cold side especially at night in October. It seems towel rail and heating were connected but was off. Staff didn’t seem to know how to deal with this issue. Hot water bottle needed if visiting this time of year. ”

I am most grateful to the manager for a generous room upgrade and to all staff for making me feel so welcome and at home. The bed and bedding is divine, and the decor and choice of artwork just my cup of tea.
