Hotel all inclusive a St. Thomas e St. John

“The room had a weird smell to it that was very unpleasant which made our stay uncomfortable the entire time. The sofa bed mattress was filthy. We asked staff for a different room but they said they were sold out and it wouldnt be a room with balcony view so that would be a downgrade. Rooms need to be updated and new furniture is need ASAP.”

“A moldy shower head and slow shower drain, but otherwise a safe, comfortable, quiet and clean place to stay.”

“The owners are very helpful and super friendly. The courtyard garden is a great place to view birds and anoles. The view from the pool deck is beautiful.”

The grounds had a beautiful island feel with the gardens right out the window the view was breathtaking every morning. We walked the emerald beach every night under 🌝 moonlight all and all living in a picture or a dream.”

“Tutto sommato e' stata una buona esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una baia molto bella ma comunque un po' distante dall'aeroporto e dal centro. Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma sono comunque raggiungibili con taxi. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico SAFARI e' buono ed economico, (si paga 1$...

“I was so disappointed after checking in to Emerald Beach. The property is need of an overhaul. Everything was breaking, grounds filled with weeds, coffee pot and phone not working in the room. Room not too clean. The only good thing about the resort was the beach and scenery. Everything else was subpar at best. ”
