“During the initial stages of Hurricane Erin, the staff remained calm and showed such commitment to the safety and well-being of the guests. The entire staff in the Frenchmans Roast cafe deserve a round of applause. They are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. Bernardo is awesome and all the ladies working the cafe are outstanding. Before the storm, while the Edge pool was open, the bartenders Reece and Melanie (I believe her name was) were so personable. Everything was great....

“Tutto sommato e' stata una buona esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una baia molto bella ma comunque un po' distante dall'aeroporto e dal centro. Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma sono comunque raggiungibili con taxi. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico SAFARI e' buono ed economico, (si paga 1$...

“La casa è molto carina e funzionale. Tuttavia bene sapere che nell'isola ci sono frequenti black out. A noi è capitato la sera prima della nostra partenza e l'indomani mattina alle ore 13.00 quando abbiamo lasciato la struttura ancora non era tornata. Nulla di grave, ma ovviamente non vi era possibilità di fare doccia con acqua calda o banalmente cucinare un caffè. Il personale ad ogni modo è stato molto solerte e disponibile nel venirci incontro”

“Sheets had some yellow stains; we could not use the A/C during the night because it was too noisy. Breakfast is not sufficient and the area dedicated to it is too small, there is place for about 4/5 people, so you are obliged to have breakfast in your room, which is also very small. Generally speaking, for the price we paid we expected something more, the hotel lacks of common spaces, there is no reception or hall, so if the weather is not good you have to stay in your small room.”
