“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the gym was super well-equipped. The breakfast, which was included with our stay, was also very good. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. The front desk even called a taxi for us, which was very convenient and greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!”

I am requesting a significant partial refund because the condition of the hotel and lack of service did not match what I paid for.
