“I felt as though they were overcharging for some of their services. They arranged for a tour guide. They quoted one price and the driver was charging almost twice as much. ”

“Very rude staff. I want to highlight an incident. The sensors at the entrance gate is ideally supposed to be automated and sensor should be working. As my mother (aged 75+ yrs) were walking from the entrance towards the lobby, the sensor failed working and the entire glass door dashed against my mother's shoulder and she well on her back. When i reviewed this myself by standing close to the door (2 inch approx) to my surprise the door the sensors again did not work and the door closed on me...

“I have booked twin beds room and requested for two beds during my booking online, but reception said I have booked for single bed room, this was an uncomfort check in experience, even though the issues was sloved.”

“Nice place and location is close to Church, but if you are arriving outside the regular hours don't expect any amenities available, not even bed sheets even if it's already purchased oline. There was no response from the property when contacted before arrival to let them know about the stay. ”

“this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe ”

“The descriptions says it can allow 3 people to sleep but they charged 1800 for 3rd person. I booked two rooms Please dont book this property. They vheat to just grab more money from you. The operator called us at 2:30 Am in the morning to disturb and say he will be generating bill. Very disappointed. Please dont book the property ”
