There were several people gathered around the bus stop in front of the hotel, and there was noticeable activity outside that made me feel this wasn’t the right fit for my family. The staff were courteous and professional, and my decision was based on my family’s comfort level rather than the service we received.”

“Oliver who checked us in was amazing and very kind. No issues with staff. The property itself is very run down and shabby. The Internet was spotty at best in our room and we kept losing connection. The top sheet had a weird brown stain on it which was outputting. The toilet paper roll had someone else's hair on it as well which was weird It was very noisy between outside street noises and hallway noises. You can hear everything. The AC units worked on. We wanted to use the constant fan...
