“The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.”

“Steven- front desk manager - was very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to help me secure a room at the last minute. When it comes to hospitality, Steven is second to none. I highly recommend the Indigo. I will definitely be coming back.”

“Front lobby looked and smelled great, I wish I could say the same about the room. As soon as you opened the door a bad odor from the carpet hits you. Room was not cleaned well, needs major updates and cleaning. My breaking point was when I found roaches in my room. I ended up checking out 3 days early and finding a new place to go. Staff was friendly”

“I actually did not stay. I checked in and left. I did not feel safe at this motel. There were people loitering all around the parking lot in and out of cars. There was a sign inside my room telling me to make sure to secure the internal door security device. I could hear everything outside and could smell the cigarette smoke from people standing outside of their room. I did not feel safe staying and sleeping, nor parking my rental car in the lot for any period of time. The room itself...

“Nothing fancy. Very utilitarian. Because I was traveling solo, I did not mind. If I was with a significant other, I would probably have chosen to pay more to stay somewhere else. The staff was polite. There was adequate parking.”

“Really not much to like unless you like cheap. Had to pay extra at check in for a third adult 🤔.Requested non smoking and room reeked of cigarettes and Marijuana. Dingy linens and towels. One small wastebasket for the room. No shower curtain liner. Refrigerator leaked overnight and we had to use the towels to clean the floor. That's how we found out the floors were FILTHY 😡. No offer for housekeeping. We had to RETURN THE DIRTY TOWELS BEFORE WE COULD GET MORE????? The shower and tub weren't...

“First, it took me about 40 minutes to be standing at the door just to wait for somebody to come check me in the breakfast needs to be taken off of the Expedia because they do not serve breakfast the gym all the equipment is tore up. You cannot use it. It was just a terrible experience and I will not be back.”

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also very affordable, and the location was literally 4 mins from the Fort Benning visitor center. Our issue was that, even though breakfast was included, it was only Raisin Bran cereal, hard-boiled eggs, and toast. The pool was not as nice as the pictures suggested at all. “Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.”
